迷宫密封特性研究


迷宫密封常用于防止透平机械的泄漏,它的研究重点是减少泄漏,提高运行稳定性和延长使用寿命。然而,如何对其泄漏量进行计算,进而对其结构进行合理设计,至今仍是人们关注的问题。影响迷宫密封性能的因素有许多,如总体的结构型式、空腔形状及尺寸、节流间隙宽度、节流齿厚度及数量、齿形状、介质特性、压力温度条件、转轴旋转速度等。介质在迷宫密封内的流动情况十分复杂,影响因素较多且相互关联,这增加了研究的难度,同时使研究结果相互间差异很大。本文主要从泄漏量和密封影响因素以及迷宫密封内部流场机理等方面简要的介绍对迷宫密封特性的影响,最后简要地探讨了迷宫密封特性研究的发展方向。
