分光光度法测定元胡止痛片中延胡索总生物碱的含量

        [摘要] 目的 采用分光光度法测定元胡止痛片中延胡索总生物碱的含量，确定最佳的提取及测定方法。方法 用溴甲酚绿与生物碱结合成有机络合物，以定量的有机溶剂提取，用分光光度法在波长413 nm处测定。结果 平均回收率为100.9%，RSD为0.53%。结论 本方法准确、可靠、重复性好，可作为元胡止痛片的质量控制标准。

        Determine the content of total corydalis alkaloid by spectrophotometry in Yuanhuzhitong tablet

        [Abstract] Objective Determine the content of total corydalis alkaloid by spectrophotometry in Yuanhuzhitong tablet， Identify the optimal extraction and determination. Methods Use bromocresol green combined with alkaloids into organic complex，extraction with a certain amount of organic solvent, measured at a wavelength of 413nm by spectrophotometry.Results Average recovery was 100.9%, RSD 0.53%. Conclusion This method is accurate， reliable， reproducible and can be used as quality control standards of Yuan hu zhi tong Tablet.
