电脑打字员聘任合同 甲方： （以下简称甲方） 乙方： （以下简称乙方） 甲方因工作需要，特聘请乙方担任电脑打字员工作，经双方协商，制订如下合约。 一、乙方实行每周六天工作制，即周一至周五必须按时上班，周六、周日轮流休息。乙方有事需事先向甲方请假，甲方有紧急工作时，非特殊情况不得请假。 二、上班时间一般为8:00－20:00，乙方应按时上班，上班前搞好店面卫生。 三、乙方应严格遵守文件保密制度，保存好单位文件资料，做好电脑、打印机、复印机、扫描仪、相机的维护、保养。若是人为过失造成上述办公设备损坏的，应负责相应赔偿。 四、乙方应保持店面的卫生保洁工作。做到物品排放整齐，室内干净卫生，并且不得使用其它与工作无关的电器，防止超负荷用电引起的火灾事故。 五、甲方付给乙方月基本工资1000元，每月按完成业务量发放一定奖金。 六、乙方应如实登记记帐单位所打印的数量，不得虚报数字。 七、如遇节假日、双休日需加班的，乙方必须以完成甲方任务为前提，甲方不另付加班工资。
