  What is the "comfort zone" exactly? Simply, your comfort zone is a behvioral space where your activities and behaviors fit a routine and pattern that minimizes stress and risk. It provides a state of mental security. You benefit in obvious ways: regular happiness, low anxiety, and reduced stress.

  简单地说,舒适区是指活动及行为符合人们的常规模式,能最大限度减少压力和风险的行为空间。它让人处于心理安全的状态。明显你会从中受益:寻常的幸福感,低焦虑,被缓解的压力。
