高职院校校园文化建设存在的问题与对策

        Problems and Countermeasures of Construction of Campus Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

        摘要： 校园文化是学校赖以生存和发展的根基与血脉，独具特色的校园文化能够规范学生行为、净化灵魂、塑造品格。当前，高职院校普遍存在办学历史短，文化底蕴浅，校园文化建设的理论和实践都有待于进一步研究和探索。基于此，从高职院校校园文化内涵进行探究，剖析高职院校校园文化建设存在的问题，提出有效的对策。

        Abstract: The campus culture is the foundation and blood which school relies for survival and development, and the unique characteristic of campus culture can regulate the behavior of students, cleanse the soul and shape character. At present, there are some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as short history of running school, shallow cultural deposits, and the theory as well as the practice of construction of campus culture both need to be further studied and explored. Based on this, problems of construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges were analyzed from probing into the connotation of campus culture of higher vocational colleges, and effective countermeasures were put forward.
