1、打哈欠 yawn

yawn /jɔːn/ 既可以作动词也可以表示名词，作动词就是打哈欠这个动作。

例：I can't stop yawning - I must be tired .

我一个劲儿打哈欠——肯定是累了。

作名词的时候，大家可以联想一下，一个人或一件事，老是让你打哈欠，提不起兴趣来，那这个人或这件事肯定很无趣。所以，yawn 在作名词时，除了指名词哈欠，也可以表示乏味的事物或人。
