1. launch 启动（计划或者项目）

launch 有推行，开始实施，发起，发动的意思，指“启动新计划或者新产品”。

动词start和begin是近义词，在表示“启动”的意思时可作及物动词。比如“启动某个项目、软件程序、机器”。

3. turn/switch on 启动（机器）

当我们说启动机器，尤其是电器的时候，会用“turn on”或者“switch on”。比如说“turn on the computer”打开电脑。

4. inaugurate 开始，正式启用

5. get under way 开始进行

6. kick off （活动）开始

kick off 常用来指活动、讨论等开始或开幕，开始讨论是“kick off a discussion”，而某项活动开幕是“something kicks off”。
