本着互利互惠的原则，甲乙双方经友好协商就进口货物的运输事宜达成以下协议：Withtheprinciplesofmutualbenefit，thetwopartieswillmakeanagreementonimporttransportasfollowing:
1．由甲方委托乙方办理香港进口货物运输业务，甲方承诺委托之货物为合法产品；ThefirstpartyentrustthesecondpartywithimporttranspotationservicesfromHongKongandthefirstpartymust
promisethatthegoodsarelegal.
2．甲方委托给乙方的货物必须真实申报货物品名、数量、价值、用途等产品，资料必须以书面形式委托给乙方，如因甲方申报不符所造成的所有责任由甲方负责；Thefirstpartymustprovidethethesecond
party
with
the
real
information
of
product’s
name,number,value,purpose.allofthisinformationmustberepresentedtothesecondpartyinawrittenform,asaresultofdiscrepanciescausedbythefirstpartydeclaration,thefirstpartywillberesponsibleforallliability.
3．为确保正常报关和办理通关手续，乙方有权对进口运输的货物进行开箱查检。Toensuretheregularprocedureofdeclaring,thesecondpartyhasrighttoopentheboxandcheckthegoods.4．甲方承诺委托之货物不能夹带易燃、易爆物品及国家规定禁止进口之物品；
Thefirstpartymustpromisenottocarrycargoconsignedflammable,explosivematerialsandgoodsprohibitedforimportbystateregulations.
