        【摘要】 目的:探讨微柱凝胶技术在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前检验中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析选取的40ABO-HDN患儿的临床资料,随机取10ABO同型红细胞制剂的血样,分别采用凝聚胺技术以及微柱凝胶技术开展主侧交叉配血,对两种配血方法的效果进行评估,同时对两种配血方法同直抗试验的相关性进行评估。结果:交叉配血共200次,微柱凝胶技术血清、放散液分别出现不和148124次,凝聚胺技术血清、放散液分别出现不和610次。除凝聚胺交叉配血外,直抗阳性的血清和放散液交叉配血不合率高于直抗阴性(P
