自动化家用式包粽子机

        摘; 要：针对目前粽子以手工作业为主，存在生产能力不足的问题，提出了根据传统四角形粽子工艺实行自动化生产。由于人工捆扎粽子多采用棉线多道捆扎方式，在自动化机器中采用此种方法会增加工艺难度和降低生产效率。该项目捆扎采用单道捆扎的方式。选择适用于所选捆扎材料的连续式绕带工艺，确定了满足工艺要求的包粽子机的设计方案。

        Abstract： In view of the fact that the current Zongzi is mainly manual， there is a problem of insufficient production capacity， and it is proposed to carry out automatic production according to the traditional quadrilateral Zongzi process. Since the artificial bundling of the tweezers uses a multi-strand bundling method， the use of such a method in an automated machine increases the difficulty of the process and reduces the production efficiency. The strapping is done in a tsingle bundle. The continuous winding process for the selected tying material was selected to determine the design of the splicing machine that meets the process requirements.
