2、学会运用“It's cold/hot/cool/warm in...”, 要求表达准确，语调自然。 

过程与方法：游戏教学、小组合作

情感态度与价值观： 初步了解我国几个城市的气候特点。

教学重点： 句型It’s  warm/hot/cold/cool  in…;词汇：cold、cool、hot、warm、weather  

教学难点：It’s  warm/hot/cold/cool  in…的运用 。

PPT、单词卡片。 

四、教学过程 

Step1: Lead in

T： Hello, boys and girls. Today we are going to learn something about weather. First, let’s see a weather report. Look!(PPT播放一段中文天气预报)。带读单词weather report。

新内容教学：

Step2: 学习四个天气的单词，在单词教学中引出句型。

1. 用图片的方式引入cold教学。

T: Look! What’s the weather like in the picture?

S: 寒冷。

T：Yes, you’re right. It’s cold. Follow me. (通过带读、拼读、升降调读、开火车读熟悉单词读音)

T：What’s the weather like?

引导学生回答It’s cold.

2. 用第二幅图片和手中的单词卡教学单词hot。 通过带读、拼读、升降调读、玩游戏读进行操练。T：What’s the weather like?引导学生回答It’s hot.

同样的方式教学warm cool。

3. 练习：把单词与相应的温度进行连线，并学习温度的表达法。

Step3：句型操练：

1. 用看图回答问题的方式熟悉句型What’s the weather like?

提问What’s the weather like in Yue Yang? It’s warm in Yueyang.

T: Look! Do you know this city? It’s Harbin. It’s in Hei Longjiang province.

What’s the weather like in Harbin?

S： It’s cold in Harbin.

T: What’s the weather like in Hong Kong?

S: It’s hot in Hong Kong.

T:What’s the weather like in Lhasa?

S: It’s cool in Lhasa.

2. 带读下列句型：

What’s the weather like in Harbin?

It’s cold in Harbin.

What’s the weather like in Hong Kong?

It’s hot in Hong Kong.

What’s the weather like in Lhasa?

It’s cool in Lhasa.

两人一组进行操练。竞赛法激起学生的兴趣。

Step4：听录音回答问题。What’s the weather like in Bejing today?

Step 5: 熟读课文。

Step 6: Task: Make a weather report! 小组合作。

Step7：Let’s chant.

五、Homework: Write down the weather report on your exercise-book。

六、反思：

本堂课总体而言达到了目标。成功之处：以天气预报的方式导入，形式新颖，在一开始就吸引了学生注意力，并激发他们对本堂课的好奇与兴趣。小组合作和组间竞赛的方式贯穿整个课堂，有利于保持学生的注意力。游戏教学使得课堂气氛活跃，让学生边玩边学。不足之处：课堂里对于我国城市天气情况的介绍太少，情感态度价值观方面的目标没有实现。
