I still remember the day when I was left alone at home .I carelessly broke the vase, which was much treasured by my father. When he came back,I was so fearful that I didn't tell the truth. The cat was my excuse. My father said nothing, but I could read his distrust .The next morning, after a restless night, I admitted to my father that it was my fault. I saw relief in his eyes. He smiled to me. From then on, I never told lies. My honesty won me great trust from others, which benefited my growth a lot. The accident, or exactly the “crack” forced me to mind my behavior.

It is the" crack "that is reminding me all the time that I have a long way to go. With the light through the crack I can see the road ahead clearly.

一、评分原则

Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please? Before I go on to talk about our targets for the coming year, let's have a look at our performance over the year. Since I am in charge of our company, I'm going to divide my review into two parts: first, financial and then technology. On the financial front, the results have been very pleasing. The whole sale has increased by 28%, costs have dropped by 3% and profits are up by 16%.So the company as a whole has performed well. Some sales have done very well, especially in China, our largest export market. The consumer market at home has been very competitive and will continue to be so.
