时态方面：卷一和卷二的出题点过去一半过去式，卷三过去完成时和主谓一致。过去完成时的考点较难。代词方面：卷二卷三都是人称代词的辨析，卷一考察了another与other，here/there的区别，这一点在平时都容易混淆，较难。
连词方面：卷一卷三考的常用连词but/and/or的意思辨析，卷二考察了where/when的辨析使用。词性转换方面：卷一卷三形容词与副词之间的转换，属于较易，卷二就不作考察，而考察了名词修饰名词的情况，不需要用所有格，比较难。
单复数方面都有涉及，单数变成复数，在实际操作中易忽略。
