Who与whoever的区别： 二者的区别在于意思不一样,语气不一样。 who指谁，是特殊疑问词

例如：who are you? whoever是“无论谁”，引导主语从句，有时也引导宾语从句,类似的有“which”与“whichever”

1、no matter who 和no matter what 不能引导名词性从句。

例如：However cold it is, she often goes swimming. 　　不管天气多么寒冷，她常常去游泳。　I’d like to see you whenever it is convenient. 　　何时方便我就何时去拜访你。　　Anyone may point out our mistakes in the work, whoever he is. 任何人，不管他是谁，都可以指出我们工作中的错误。若将这三个句子中的however，whenever，whoever分别改为no mater how，no matter when和no matter who，句子的意思均无改动，因为whoever，whatever, however，wherever在引导让步状语从句时，与no matter who(what)和no matter hove(when，where)可以互换。又如：　　Whatever (No matter what ) he may say, I shall not believe him. 　　不管他可能说些什么，我都不会相信他的话。　　Wherever ( No matter where ) he lives, he feels lonely. 　　无论住在什么地方，他总是感到孤独。　　然而，我们必须注意：代词whoever, whatever既可以引导状语从句，又可以引导名词性从句。在第二种情况下，它们是不可以被no matter who和no matter what替代的。如：　Whoever comes will be welcome. ( Whoever comes是主语从句) 　　无论谁来都欢迎。He always says whatever comes into his mind. 　　他总是想到什么就说什么（whatever comes into his mind是宾语从句）。　　句中的whoever和whatever引导的均为名词性从句，不能换用no matter who(what)引导。　　

2、由于whoever和who都可作连接代词引导主语从句，且都可在从句中充当主语，所以有些学生往往分不清，要注意当引起主语从句的连接代词有any one who 的意思时，只能用whoever, 而不能用who。　　现在，我们分析本文开头的选择题。根据主谓一致原则，可先排除D；根据本文阐述的第一个问题的结论，no matter who 是不能用来引导主语从句的，又排除C；最后，再根据本文第二个问题的阐述，答案A也是错误的；答案B相当于any one who，它才是唯一正确的答案
