摘要:旅游大众化发展和自助旅游的兴起,对景区服务及设施提出了更多更高的要求。通过对河南15家景区游客服务中心的实地问卷调查研究,发现当前景区游客服务中心存在着风格与景区整体环境不符、管理体制不完善、缺乏与游客的双向沟通、游客认知度低、利用率低、服务质量不高、合作意识不强等问题,综合服务功能远未发挥出来。在此基础上,提出健全管理体制、加大宣传力度、增强游客认知度、提高利用率、建立专业服务队伍、加强与景区内外的联系与合作等对策,以此促进景区游客服务中心的高效利用和景区旅游服务质量的提升。 关键词:景区;游客服务中心;对策 With the development of mass tourism and the rise of self-help tourism, it puts forward higher requirements for scenic spot service and facilities. Through the questionnaire investigation and study of the 15 scenic tourist service center in Henna province, we find there are some questions in scenic tourist service center, such as inconformity between style and the overall environment, imperfect management system, lacking of two-way communication with tourists, low awareness and utilization rate, low service quality, weak cooperation consciousness and so on. On a word, comprehensive service function does not play a part in the tourist service center. On this basis, we propose some countermeasures, such as perfecting management system, enhancing propaganda, strengthening awareness of visitors,improving the utilization rate, setting up the professional service team, strengthening the contact and cooperation with both inside and outside of the scenic spot and so on, in order to promote the high efficiency utilization of tourist service center and good service quality of the scenic spot.
