当前农村公路发展存在问题及建议

摘要:为加快农村经济发展，改善农村交通运输条件，方便群众出行，近几年，国家针对农村公路发展出台了多项政策。为使农村公路发展顺利进行，从多方面探讨农村公路发展中存在问题，并针对这些问题提出浅析意见。

Abstract: in order to speed up the rural economic development, and improving the rural transportation conditions, convenient for people to be out, in recent years, the national highway development in rural on the various policy. To make the rural highway development smoothly and in many aspects discusses existing in the development of rural highways, and proposed to solve these problems according to the opinion.

1、引言

农村公路是农村最为重要的交通基础设施。当前农村公路建设已被各级政府作为发展农村经济、推进新农村建设、缩小城乡差距和给农民办实事的具体行动。近年来，各地方政府紧紧抓住加快农村公路建设的历史机遇，每年投入农村公路建设项目达百公里。虽然各级政府交通行业管理部门在不断探索和总结经验教训，创新管理模式，但是在快速推进的农村公路建设中，仍然存在着规划设计、安全质量、养护管理等问题。笔者结合多年从事农村公路建设管理的实际经验，对农村公路发展存在问题及建议进行归纳和总结，供各级领导部门和各位同行参考。
