外来人员安全承诺书

欢迎来到太阳化学（海安）公司，为规避您在厂区内的人身财产安全受到损害，以及预防各类事故发生，现将环境和健康安全规定和其他要求告知如下，请您遵守以下：

1.进厂前，请认真阅读我公司的《入厂须知》，并熟知相关规定。

2.请认真提供证件，配合保安做好入厂手续登记工作，佩戴好访客证件；

3.全厂为禁烟区，任何人不得在厂区吸烟。对于进入二道的外来人员，请将你携带香烟或打火机（火柴）入在保安室。

4.进入厂区，必须有人接待或陪同。无人接待或陪同，不得进入厂区；

5.进入二道门时，应当遵守公司悬挂的各类环境和健康安全标志，佩戴正确的劳动防护用品。

6.送货、施工等进入二道门的车辆，必须佩戴的阻火器；

7.施工、装卸货等在厂区作业人员，不得进入车间，不得启动和使用我公司任何设备设施、电气开关、阀门和仪表等；

8.进出公司，请配合门卫例行检查；

注：本人承诺，已接受甲方入厂口头安全教育，同时，已认真阅读完以上环境和健康安全规定和相关要求，完全理解以上要求的含义，并能够严格按照其执行。

Welcome to the Sun Chemical (MSc) company, in order to avoid your people in the factory in the personal and property safety of the damage, and prevent all kinds of accidents, environmental and health and safety regulations and other requirements inform as follows, please observe the following:

1 Before come into the factory, please read company's "factory instructions", and familiar with the relevant provisions.
