        摘要：目的应用压力容积导管系统对心肌梗死大鼠进行左心室血液动力学检测。方法采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支的方法制备心肌梗死模型作为模型组，行假手术作为假手术组。2周后，分别对2组大鼠进行左心功能进行检测，大鼠麻醉后经颈动脉向左心室插入Millar导管，记录大鼠左心室的血流动力学参数值，然后进行分析。结果模型组在反应左心室排血功能的参数SW（P

        【Abstract】Objective：To test the left ventricular hemodynamics of myocardial infarction rats by the use of pressure-volume catheter system. Methods：A myocardial infarction model was made by the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery and sham surgery used as a sham surgery group.
