First,we need two onions,one egg, starch ,salt,pepper,some tomato souce.

1、洋葱切圈；鸡蛋在碗中打散；

2、面包糠放入碗中；淀粉放入碗中；

3、洋葱圈加少许盐、胡椒粉拌匀；将洋葱圈先裹上一层淀粉，并抖掉多余的淀粉；再裹上一层蛋液；

4、最后裹上面包糠；将所有的洋葱圈都裹上面包糠；

5、 油温六七热时，放入面包糠，小火炸至金黄；盛出将油沥干即可，吃时可蘸番茄酱，味道更好。
