气提原油稳定工艺模拟分析

         要:原油负压稳定工艺的轻烃收率受到多个参数的影响。利用HYSYS流程模拟软件对常规负压稳定工艺进行了模拟,并分析了稳定塔操作压力及温度对轻烃收率的影响。在常规工艺基础上,引入气提技术,通过HYSYS模拟发现气提技术可以提高原油稳定深度,增加轻烃收率,同时研究了气提气量及组分对轻烃收率的影响。

        Abstract The light hydrocarbon yield of crude oil stabilization process is affected by multiple parameters. In this paper conventional negative pressure stabilization process was simulated by using HYSYS process simulation software at the same time influence of stabilizer’s operation pressure and temperature on the yield of light hydrocarbon was analyzed. On the basis of conventional technology the gas stripping technology was introduced into the stabilization process. The HYSYS simulation results prove that the gas stripping technology can improve the depth of crude oil stabilization process and the yield of light hydrocarbon. At last effect of stripping gas volume and components on the yield of light hydrocarbon was investigated.
