摘要浅谈人力资源的招聘与选拔摘要当今社会企业之间的竞争，归根结底是人才的竞争。人才资源是知识经济的第一资源，是企业生存和发展的关键战略性资源。与此同时，高素质人才的自主意识和自我发展意识的增强、劳动力的性质和结构也发生了巨大的变化，人员的流动性的增加和高流动性的出现，使得企业越来越重视人才的招聘与选拔，而企业能否招聘并选拔出合适的员工使得企业具有强大竞争力的人力资本是一个企业兴衰的关键。人力资源招聘选拔在人力资源管理与开发工作中是一项重要的基础性工作，它对于企业人力资源的合理形成、管理及开发具有至关重要的作用。本文将系统的介绍人力资源招聘和选拔工作的过程，即从人员招聘选拔的基础——人力资源规划和工作分析开始，到招聘工作的程序；同时以南昌正大禽畜有限公司为例分析了南昌正大企业招聘与选拔并剖析了存在的问题并提出了相应的解决方案。关键词：招聘；选拔
