（三）、工程内容：

本工程采用H型钢梁、空腹柱做为主要受力构件，柱高13.6m,通过水平和横向H型钢梁连接，形成空间受力体系，整体厂房高度为15.00m，整体成弧状。

1、钢结构梁、柱均采用Q345B钢，现场焊接结构用钢应具备含碳量的合格保证。

2、所有型钢（角钢、圆钢和圆管）等均采用现行国家标准《碳素结构钢》（GB700-88）中规定的Q235B钢对焊接结构用钢，应具有含碳量的合格保证。

3、高强螺栓（摩擦型）：均采用符合现行国家标准《钢结构用扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副技术条件》（GB3633）中规定的10.9S螺栓。

（四）、工程施工特点:

   1、工期紧：本工程根据计划，施工紧张，所以必须合理安排各阶段的工作时间及相互交接时间，且明确各工序的最迟交接时间，以保证工程如期竣。

2、施工范围大：本工程轻钢结构，各种构件布置必须分类就近堆放，尽量减少材料的二次搬运，同进须合理安排起重机行走路线，以提高工效，钢结构在安装过程中，须做好冬雨季施工安全措施。

3、构件品种多：本工程因各种钢构件均需工厂加工制作，然后装箱运输至工地，各种构配件必须有组织、有计划按图纸要求分类编号，小构件须分类打包做到有条不紊。

4、本工程主钢结构采用扩大组合拼装法，循序吊装；各工种分工即明确又相互配合交叉，节拍紧凑；施工危险系数大，各工序必须有施工前的交底。

第二章、施工准备工作及计划

（一）、现场准备

1、组织专业技术人员进行详细的现场实地调查，包括当地施工驻地，施工道路、用水、用电等情况。

2、配合甲方和监理工程师督促土建单位做好现场场地平整工作；

3、做好现场勘测工作，尽量利用原有道路设施解决现场道路问题；

4、合理布置施工现场临时设施位置，尽量减少临时设施费用；

5、根据施工总平面图的要求做好材料场地的规划，以保证材料按种类规格分类堆放；

6、合理布置施工用电源，线路走向，便于施工；

7、预先联系解决施工人员临时生活设施；

8、施工人员进入现场前办理好相应的各种手续；

（二）、技术准备

1、熟悉、审查图纸，做好图纸交底工作。

2、钢结构工程安装前，项目负责人首先要检查钢结构设计图；建筑图；有关基础图；钢结构施工详图及其他有关图纸及技术文件（新材料使用新工艺操作规程和特殊的技术规程）。

3、设计文件齐备后，项目负责人要组织项目技术负责人，施工技术人员进行图纸自审，通过图纸自审达到下列要求：

（1）熟悉并掌握设计文件的内容：

（2）发现设计中影响构件安装的问题；

（3）提出土建和其他专业工程的配合要求；

4、通过图纸自审和图纸会审，项目负责人及施工技术人员要尽量在安装前发现问题和差错，提前及时处理，消除矛盾和隐患，熟悉掌握图纸内容，做到准确按图施工。

5、认真仔细地研究设计图纸，核对设计工程数量。

6、准备充足的施工技术资料（施工规范、施工手册、验收标准等）。

7、对技术工人进行安全、技术交底。

8、根据施工现场实际情况，合理安排工期，科学制定实施施工组织设计，合理安排各工序之间的衔接，进行流水作业和交叉施工，编制周、旬、月施工计划落实实施，确保阶段施工的顺利，以保证质量和工期的要求。与建设单位和设计单位保持密切联系，落实施工图纸与相关文件资料的到位情况，合理组织有关人员做好施工前的各项准备工作。

9、组织技术人员审核施工图，编制构件需求计划，备料计划；并随时到加工厂了解构件制作情况。

10、组织施工人员进行各种业务学习，提高工人的业务技术素质，强化安全和质量意识；

11、与甲方和相关施工单位保持密切联系，适当派部分人员配合工作，为工程顺利进行打好基础；

第三章、施工方案

（一）、放线方案

根据业主提供的控制点，建立施工测量控制网，作出几条主轴线的控制，经复合无误后，提出测量报验单，经监理同意后，方可进行下道工序的施工，并留下专门的文字图表作为交工资料。

本工程成立技术负责人、测量员等三人组成的测量小组，负责校核基础的定位、轴线、标高的测设，保证建筑物的几何尺寸正确无误。

1、工程的定位放线

工程的定位、轴线的测设及垂直度的控制

本工程的定位依据是建设单位提供的统一规划的定位基准坐标，确定放线的基准点，用直角坐标法进行工程定位和轴线测设，轴线传递及垂直度控制采用外控法。测量仪器为激光经纬和50米打钢卷尺。

（二）轴线控制点的设置

1）各线控制桩埋设在建筑周边5M左右处，道路等市场设施埋设在中心线的延长线上不易被汽车等压坏的位置。埋设时将削尖的木桩打入土内。周边砌筑红砖或混凝土护桩，木桩上应钉小铁钉，上涂红漆，以便观察。

2）针对本工程场地条件及临时围墙已修筑的具体情况，轴线控制点在引测时，可以局部破坏围墙，以利视线通畅，同时可利用已修筑和恢复的围墙或场地内的临时设施，将轴线控制点引测其上，涂上红漆，这样在临时轴线桩被损坏的情况下，可作引测依据，并可对各临时轴线控制桩作定期的检查复核和补桩。

2、高程的控制

1）以业主提供的原始高程控制点及总平图中各建筑物、市政设施的高程作为引测依据，引测时利用水准仪并辅以线锤、广线等小型工具。将原始高程点提高或降低一定数字转至施工现场中的围墙、或临设等固定物上，并随即标正或负的具体数字，涂红漆作醒目标志。

2）±0，000以上标高的测控

(1)各施工层的标高控制应以围墙、或高程控制桩上的标高控制点为准，利用水准仪作标高传递至建筑物，建筑物得到的原始基准线应有三处以上，以便相互校核和分段施工。

(2)引测时以原始基准点为起始线，用钢卷尺沿垂直方向向上量至施工层，并画出正米数的水准线。

(3)将水准仪安置到工层，校测由下面传递上来的各水平线，误差在±3㎜以内。在各层抄平时，应后视两条水平线以作校核。

3.观测中应注意的问题

(1)观测时尽量做到前后视线等长，测水平线时，最好是用直接调整水平仪的仪器高度，使后视的视线正好对准水平线，前视时则可用铅笔标出视线标高的水平线。

(2)由±0.00水平线向下或向上量高差时，所用钢尺应经过检定，量高差时尺身应铅直和用规定的拉力，并要进行尺长和温度改正。

4、工程垂直度的控制

1.该工程垂直度的控制采用激光经纬仪外控法进行。

2.投测主要误差必须控制在标准以内，即向上投测时的投点误差控制在±3㎜以内，照准目标的误差在M照60″/V.D/P″2以内，经纬仪竖轴不铅直的影响误差控制在：

H V

以上公式中H为建筑物全高，D为向上投测时的斜视线长，即为经纬仪水平度盘水准管的分划值。V为经纬仪望远镜的放大倍数，P为常数。

（二）、基础施工方案：

1、施工工艺流程

平整场地→定位放线→土方开挖→验槽→浇筑垫层砼→独立基础支模→钢筋绑扎→基础混凝土浇筑→基础连梁及基础短柱支模→钢筋绑扎→混凝土浇筑→拆模→基础验收→土方回填

（一）土方开挖

1、本工程土质为一、二类土土方开挖采用人工开挖，其中独立基础基坑挖土深度2.50米，放坡系数为0.5。

2、土方开挖注意事项：

1）施工前根据施工图纸准确放出基坑、基槽及基槽连梁开挖线，基坑、基槽底面尺寸按基础垫层每边增加工作面宽300确定；基础梁挖土平面尺寸按梁边每边增加工作面300确定。

2）严禁扰动基底土质，开挖至设计标高后应对坑底进行保护。

3）基坑开挖前必须对邻近建筑物、给水、排水、煤气、电力、电话等地下管道进行调查了解，在施工过程中，要高度重视其地下设施的保护，发现问题及时报告建设单位，并经有关各方技术处理后才能进行下道工序。

4）基坑开挖应对称均匀分层开挖，先中间后四周，不应沿基坑四周一次开挖到底，应防止开挖面的坡度过陡、运输车辆、运输荷载引起土体位移、底面隆起等现象发生。

5）土方运输选用解放9平柴，额定载重量为9吨，挖出土方全部运出施工现场，土方随挖随运，当班运出，不应堆在坑边，尽量减少坑边底面堆载，堆载严格控制在10KN/㎡以下。

6）基础开挖至设计持力层后，立即通知各相关单位共同验槽，经检验合格后方可进行下道工序。

（二）垫层混凝土浇筑

砼浇筑前，把垫层底部清理干净，用小木桩在基底标注出垫层的浇筑高度，砼采用人工摊平、平板振捣器振捣密实

（三）独立基础、基础连梁

1）模板采用组合钢模拼装，支撑材料采用D=50钢管和木撑条固定模板应有足够强度、刚度，支模前满刷隔离剂，模板间短边连接处U型卡不低于两扣，长边连接间距不大于300㎜，U型卡应正反交连接。

2）独立基础模板安装前先复核基坑垫层标高及中心线位置，并将各主要轴线投测到垫层上，分出各细部尺寸。模板必须支撑牢固，防止变形，侧模斜撑的底部应加设垫木。

3）基础连梁模板安装时，先按测量控制线安装地梁底模板，应支撑牢固，侧模板安装后在其内侧按标高弹出地梁的控制线。

4）钢筋全部采用大厂生产的钢材，必须依据工程的物质计划及材料场地容量分批分期进场，随加工随使用，钢筋绑扎前先弹出钢筋位置线，以确保钢筋绑扎位置的准确。柱子插筋应准确预埋，并在独立基础上口200㎜位置焊接定位箍。

5）基础砼浇筑时按每一台阶高度内分层一次连续浇筑完成，摊铺均匀，振捣密实，每一台阶浇筑完成后台阶部分表面要随即原浆抹平。

6）模板在砼浇筑后24小时拆除，拆模时不要用力过猛，拆下来的料具要及时运走。

7）砼浇筑完毕后及时浇水养生，养护时间不少于7昼夜。

（四）土方回填

1）回填前应将基坑、基槽内及地坪上的垃圾等物清理干净，肥槽回填前必须清理到基底标高，将回落的松散垃圾、砂浆、石子等杂物清除干净。

2）回填土要分层夯实，每层虚铺厚度250—300㎜，压实后土的压实系数不小于94%，每层施工完毕后，没300㎜取一点做干密度试验。

3）休整找平填土完成后。应进行表面拉线找平，凡超过标准高程的地方，及时依线铲平；凡低于标高高程的地方，应补土夯实。

4）土方回填采用人工夯填，选用一辆装载机和两台解放9平柴运输车配合取土回填。

（三）、钢结构构件制作方案

1、钢结构构件制作准备工作

1）在建设单位的组织下请建设单位、监理工程师进行图纸会审和技术交底；制造厂技术员应认真核对图纸上构件的数量和安装尺寸，根据构件尺寸考虑原材料对接方案和接头在构件呢中的位置，考虑总体的加工工艺方案；根据施工组织设计要求的安装计划制定出构件加工顺序和进度计划，列出图中关键部位或有特性要求的地方加以重点说明。

2）根据施工图编制材料预算和采购计划。为确保质量，对采购入场的每批钢材都要由专职的质检员核对质量保证书和出厂合格证与钢材标识的符合性，检查钢材的型号、规格、数量及钢材外观等是否满足设计要求和相关规范规定；若有疑问时则要对钢材的化学成分和机械性能进行复验。

3）检查焊接材料的出厂质量合格证及出厂日期是否有效使用期，进行材料焊接工艺评定试验并提出试验报告，对重要构件和大型构件焊接拟定焊接计划方案并提出消除或减小焊接变形和应力集中的技术措施。

4）根据产品的结构、制作技术条件、生产纲领和生产条件编制工艺规程，确定产品的技术要求，拟定保证产品达到设计图纸和相关规范规定的技术标准要求的技术措施。对特殊构件的制作拟定制作方案书，报请总工程师批准。

2、钢结构制作工艺流程图

以上每道工序完工后，都要经车间专职质检员检查验收合格后方能进入下道工序施工。构件出厂应出具产品质量合格证、焊接工艺试验评定报告、摩擦面抗滑移系数试验报告、材质证明书和焊丝焊剂油漆合格证等质量保证文件。

3、钢结构构件制作工艺

1）放样和号料：根据审核过的施工详图，依1：1的比例在样板台上弹出实样，制作样板，根据样板划线号料，号料前必须了解原材料的钢号和规格，检查原材料质量，如有疤痕、断裂，夹灰、厚度不足等现象应调换材料或取得设计部门同意后方可使用，当材料有较大幅度的弯曲而影响号料质量，应先矫正平直在号料。放样和号料应根据工艺要求预留制作和安装时的焊接收缩余量及切割、刨铣等的加工余量，其切削余量应不小于2㎜。放样和样板的允许偏差应符合规范规定。

2）切割：下料划线以后的钢材根据形状和尺寸进行下料切割，切割主要采用全自动多头火焰切割机和剪板机进行切割，部分采用半自动和手工火焰切割。切割前去除钢材表面的污垢、油脂，切割时应选择正确的工艺参数（如割嘴型号、氧气压力、气割速度及预热火焰的能率等），切割后缺棱大于1㎜的必须打磨。切割后应清除熔渣和飞溅物。

使用剪板机进行机械剪切的零件，其钢板厚度不宜大于12㎜，剪切面应平整。

若有剪切后产生弯扭变形的钢板，则需用钢板矫正机矫正成型。矫正后钢板的平面度误差≤1.5㎜/㎡，对于加工成型后的构件，也必须进行矫正，矫正后精度必须满足规范GB50205-2001的要求。

材料剪切后，发现断面粗糙或有带毛刺，应修磨光洁，对重要的钢构件和焊缝接口位置，必须用铣、刨等方法将切开附近硬化表面加工清除。

3）制孔：采用钻孔的方法制孔，根据孔的精度要求。结构特点，可分别采用划线钻孔，钻模板钻孔，钻模钻孔及数控钻孔等方式。制孔后用磨光机消除孔边毛刺飞边，并不得损伤母材。钻制C级螺栓孔（2类孔），孔壁表面粗糙度应≤0.025㎜，直径允许偏差≤1.0㎜，圆度允许偏差≤0.2㎜垂直度偏差允许≤0.03t，且不大于0.2㎜.同一组内任意两螺栓孔距允许偏差≤0.5㎜，相邻两组的端孔间距≤1.0㎜.

4）矫正：钢板矫平使用钢板矫平机，型钢矫直采用型钢矫正矫正，当采用火焰矫正时，低碳钢和低合金钢的加热温度宜控制在600°C－800°C为宜，手工矫平直，应在专用平台上，为避免锤击过重造成钢板损伤或形成明显凹痕，钢结构矫正后应达到GB50205-2001的要求，

5）组装：

（1）组装前，施工人员必须熟悉图纸及有关技术要求，并核查组装零件的质量，零件、部件应检查合格;连接接触面和沿焊缝边缘每边30-50㎜范围内的铁锈、毛刺、污垢等应清除干净。

（2）由于原材料的尺寸不够或技术要求需拼接的H型钢附件组装，以型钢中心为定位基础，控制高强螺栓连接板角度，腹板及柱身中心偏移。顶紧接触面应有75%以上的面积紧贴，用0.3㎜塞尺检查，其塞入面积应小于25%，边缘间隙不应大于0.8㎜.

（3）装配胎膜时必须构件特点考虑焊剂收缩余量及其他加工余量。组装顺序在通常情况下先组装主要结构的零件，从内向外或从里向表的装配方法。H型钢组装方法：先把腹板平放在胎膜上，然后分别把翼缘竖放在靠模架上，先用夹具固定好一块翼缘板，再从另一块翼缘板的水平方向增加从外向里的推力，直至翼腹板紧密贴紧为止，用90度角尺组合垂直度，符合标准后即用电焊定位。

（4）组装完首批构架后，由质检部门全面检查，经合格认可后方可分类继续组装；构件组装过程必须严格按工艺规定装配，当有隐蔽焊缝时，必须先行预施焊，并经检验合格后方可覆盖；为减少变形和装配顺序，尽量先组焊成小件，矫正消除应力后，在组装成整体构件。

（5）组装完成后，钢板组装错边量S≤e/10，间隙＜1.0㎜，H型钢翼缘倾斜度≤b/100，宽度、高度允许误差±2.0㎜.

6）焊接：

焊接前先根据本工程所采用材料品种，进行焊接工艺评定试验，确定焊接方法、焊接材料及各项工艺技术参数；采取措施减小焊接变形及应力集中，工程焊接较大型构件如钢柱、钢梁等尽量采用全自动埋弧焊，建筑钢结构焊接的全过程均应在焊接责任工程师的指导下进行，焊接操作人员应持有合格有效的焊接上岗证，并在允许范围内施焊。

(1)手工电弧焊：普碳钢Q235选用E43××系列焊条，低合金钢Q345B选用E50××系列焊条，焊接前，焊工应复查组件表面及焊缝周围处理情况，如果不符合要求，应休整合格后方可施焊，应在焊缝的两端设置引弧和引出板。其材质和坡口形式应与焊件相同，引弧和引出的长度：埋弧焊应大于50㎜；手工电弧焊和气体保护焊应大于20㎜.焊接完毕后应采用气割切除引弧和引出板，并修磨平整，不得用锤击落。

多层焊接应连续施焊，每道焊缝焊完后及时清理并检查，所有焊缝均应进行外观检查，表面焊道应均匀，对裂缝、夹渣、烧穿、弧坑和气孔等缺陷必须修复。焊缝周围的飞溅药皮、焊渣应清理干净。对二级以上焊缝，应按规范要求进行无损探伤，合格后方可覆盖。

(2)埋弧自动焊：普碳钢Q235选用F40××系列焊条，低合金钢Q345B选用F50××系列焊条，选择合适的接头形式和尺寸，装配前应对坡口表面进行处理，清理方法可用喷丸除锈、砂轮打磨、钢丝刷轻刷的方法，坡口必须露出金属光泽；装配时采取措施保护坡口的装配精度要求，构件组织采用胎夹具进行以便有效的控制焊接变形；正确选用与钢材匹配的焊接材料，低碳钢或低合金结构钢材的埋弧自动焊焊丝可选用H08A或H08MnA，焊条、焊剂、焊丝等材料施焊前应按产品说明书的烘焙时间和温度进行烘焙，保护气体的纯度应达到99.5%以上。

埋弧自动焊必须严格按照工艺评定试验确定的参数严格施焊。

施焊结束后应对构件的焊缝进行外观检查和致密性检查，对重要构件还需进行无损探伤检测。我公司通常采用超声波探伤仪进行检测。

7）摩擦面处理：高强度螺栓连接接触面要采用喷砂处理并作抗滑移系数试验。其抗滑移系数最小值应符合设计和规范要求，一般应达到0.44～0.55。处理好的，摩擦面，不得有飞边、毛刺、焊疤或污损等缺陷。

（1）钢结构除锈和涂装：在构件制作完毕并经检查合格后进行钢结构除锈和涂装，型钢构件采用抛丸或喷砂方式彻底清除钢材表面的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈等附着物。钢结构防锈底漆选用水性无机富锌底漆,选用的中间漆和面漆应与水性无机富锌底漆相配套，在室外部位的应能适用于室外环境。油漆应能同防火涂料有良好的兼容性。油漆与基材应有良好的除锈效果达到SA2.5级标准，在24小时内涂覆快干红丹底漆，涂装前复查涂料质量，检查质量合格证是否符合要求，涂装采用无气喷涂法，严格控制各层干漆膜的厚度，达到设计要求。

防腐涂装作业在公司油漆厂区进行，油漆厂区具有防火和通风设施，一防止发生火灾和人员中毒事件。步骤如下：

A 底漆涂装：

a）调和防锈漆，控制油漆的粘稠度，兑制时充分搅拌，使颜色、粘稠度均匀一致。

b)喷第一层底漆时涂刷方向应该一致，接茬整齐；喷涂漆时要采用勤移动、短距离的原则，防止喷漆太多而产生流坠。

c)待第一遍干燥后，再喷第二遍，第二遍喷涂方向与第一遍方向垂直，这样会使漆膜厚度均匀一致。

d)喷涂完毕后在构件上按原编号标准；重大构件还需要标明重量、重心位置和定位标号。

B 面漆涂装：

a)面漆涂装需待现场安装完毕后才能进行，同样在涂装面漆前对钢结构表面尘土等杂物进行处理。

b)面漆选用颜色一致的，兑制稀料合适，油漆使用前要充分搅拌，保持色泽均匀，其工作粘稠度应保证涂装时不流坠，不显刷痕。

c)面漆在涂装过程中应不断搅拌，涂刷方法和方向与底漆相同。

C 涂层检查与验收:

a)涂层外观应均匀、平整、丰满，不允许有咬底、裂纹、剥落、针孔的缺陷。涂装完毕后，应在构件上标注构件的原标号。

b)表面涂装施工前和施工后，应对涂装过的工作面进行保护，防止飞扬尘土和其他杂物污染。

c)涂装漆膜厚度的测定,用触点式漆膜测厚仪测定漆膜厚度，漆膜测厚仪一般测定3点厚度，取其平均值。

D 成品保护

钢构件涂装后加以临时围护隔离，防止踩踏损伤涂层，在4小时之内遇有大风或下雨时，则加以覆盖，防止沾染尘土和水汽，影响涂层的附着力;涂装后的钢构件勿接触酸类液体，防止损伤涂装

涂装后构件需用运输时，要做好产品保护工作，注意防止磕碰，防止在地面拖拉，防止涂层损坏。

E．涂装应注意的质量问题：

a）涂层作业气温应在5—38度之间，当天气温度低于5度时选用相应的低温涂层材料施涂。

b）当气温高于40度时，停止涂层作业，经处理后在进行涂层作业。

c）当大气湿度大于85%或构件表面有结露时，不进行涂层作业，或经处理后再进行涂层作业。

d）钢结构制作前，对构件上隐蔽部位，结构夹层难以除锈的部位，提前除锈，提前刷涂。

9）钢构件预拼装和验收：钢构件在出厂前应进行自由状态预拼装，预拼装应在平整干净的平台进行。构件预拼装以安装单元为单位，用小于5.3级的普通螺栓进行紧固，检查安装单元的几何尺寸和变形误差，以及螺栓连接贴合面间隙误差是否满足《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》要求。

钢构件制作完成 后，按照设计图和《钢结构工程施工及验收规范（GB50205-2001）》的规定进行验收。夹层验收合格后，应在安装单元的构件上标注安装中心线，控制基准线等标记，并做好预拼装记录。

10）出厂：钢构件出厂时，应提供下列资料移交项目部：

a 产品质量合格证

b 施工图和设计变更文件

c 制作中对技术问题处理的文件

d 钢材、焊材、涂装材料的质量证明书和试验报告

e 焊接工艺评定报告

f 高强度螺栓摩擦面抗滑移系数试验报告，焊接无损检验报告及涂层检测资料

g 预拼装记录

h 构件发运和包装清单

4、钢结构构件运输和堆放

本项目工程地点位雅安市，G305国道西侧，交通方便，钢构件及材料可采用载重汽车进行运输，钢结构运输依次应根据结构安装顺序而编制的计划来进行，运输和装卸过程中应轻卸轻放，并应固定牢固，避免构件变形或损坏，构件运至现场，应按施工平面图布置在安装位置就近处，尽量减少现场二次搬运及存放时间，构件放置时下面应设垫木，避免构件污染。

（四）、钢结构构件安装方案

一、钢结构构件安装前准备工作

1、清理现场施工：施工现场必须具有平整压实的安装工作场地，能保证16吨汽车起重机和16吨载重运输车的正常行驶，现场电路和水路要能满足施工和安全要求。

施工前应对施工现场各类障碍物进行清理，对进场构件、设备等要按总平面布置图归类摆放整齐并立上标识牌。

2、基础复验：为保证以后安装工作能顺利进行，钢结构施工队伍在安装前应对所有基础设施和预埋件的安装位置和标高进行复测，其基础顶面标高误差≤3㎜，基础轴线坐标允许偏差≤5㎜，地脚螺栓中心轴线坐标允许偏差≤0.5㎜，地脚螺栓伸出支承面的长度允许偏差≤20㎜.对超过规范精度要求的预埋件提出修正的整改措施，或在以后的安装过程中采取技术措施加以修正;复测检验合格后方可进行下道工序的施工。

3、对基础支撑面进行平整处理：清除基础顶面砼松散层并用清水冲洗干净，用钢丝刷处理预埋螺栓螺纹，并加注少许润滑油，保证螺帽拧入顺畅。

在砼基础上安装钢柱钢梁时，必须保证基础砼强度达到设计强度的75%以上，一般情况下基础砼应浇水养护7D以上。

4、安装测量放线：使用交接的测量基准点，在经纬仪与水准仪的配合下，在安装基础面上确定出钢柱中心位置，并标识明确，同时做出测量放线记录。

5、钢构件进场验收及编号：

1）构件进场应按安装单元分批组织进场。构件进场后需对构件进行清点验收并填写构件清点记录备案。

2）构件清点时，应在柱底板及梁端头板上标注出安装中心线，同时从柱底板下底面上反1000㎜做出1米等高线，以备安装测量使用，同时根据安装图纸，校核构件编号，对无编号的构件进行追朔确认后重新编号。

3）构件预拼装：构件清点编号后，应对构件进行预拼装。构件拼装时，应在一块平整坚实的地面进行，构件的预拼装一个一个单元进行拼装，拼装时用小于5.2级的普通螺栓进行紧固，拼装后检查安装单元的几何尺寸及构件的变形误差，检查内容如下：安装单元轴线距离误差不大于5㎜，梁㎜中心下挠度误差不大于10㎜，高强度螺栓连接面贴合间隙误差不大于1㎜，超过1㎜时，应做垫板填充处理，所增加的垫板两面的喷砂处理效果应达到摩擦试验状态。高强螺栓量连接面螺栓孔的中心，其误差不应大于1㎜，大于1㎜小于3㎜时用绞刀扩孔，大于3㎜时进行返厂处理。钢柱柱脚底面距柱顶最下一个高强螺栓孔中心距离，误差不大于2㎜.

6、进场设备材料和工具准备：16吨和8吨汽车吊各两台，交流电焊机4台，电剪刀4把，手工剪刀6把，电动手砂轮2台，刮刀4把，氧气、乙炔、割把2套，揽风麻绳8根，跳板40㎡，钢架管100米，彩板提升吊架2个，7米竹梯2个，经纬仪1台，水准仪1台，焊缝检查仪一台，线锤4个，塞尺2套，水平尺3个，钢卷尺（50米）2把，吊索脱开勾（大于6米）一个，6分起重钢绳20米，钢绳线卡、U型环、花篮螺丝各6个，普通置换螺丝50套，手动扭力扳手2个，扭力扳手要进行力矩矫正，其误差≤5NM.

一、钢柱吊装：按照建设布置图，从1轴线跨的钢柱开始依次安装矫正，第一排和第二排钢柱安装完成后，立即安装柱间支撑和屋面水平支撑进行校正固定，使其形成空间稳固单元后，再依次向两侧延伸。钢构件吊装时要采用有效措施防止钢构失稳变形，钢构件吊装采用16吨汽车吊进行，确保施工安全。

钢柱吊装工序为：调平地脚螺母→绑扎→起吊→对位→临时固定→校正→最后固定→安装纵向支撑杆件等。

1、在基础预埋调整螺帽标高的地脚螺杆上，每根螺杆装上两颗螺帽，放上调平钢板，用水准仪测量并螺帽标高，使其达到±0.00的位置。然后将两颗螺帽相互拧紧。

2、由于本工程钢柱均为钢板焊制H型钢柱，起吊时可用直吊法。即：用6分钢绳捆扎在距柱子顶端1.5—2米处，用汽车吊将钢柱吊至安装位置就位，使钢柱地板上的＋字交叉线和支撑面上的＋线重合，临时固定地脚螺栓；然后放下起重机吊钩，有地面辅助工人用钢索脱开钩将钢索自吊钩上取下。

3、钢柱矫正

1）水平标高的校正：钢柱就位后，用水准仪监测钢柱1M等高线标高，其误差应≤2㎜，如误差过大，则调节柱底板与支撑板之间的调节螺栓给予调整。

2）垂直度的校正：用2台经纬仪互成90°角，以钢柱翼板边缘为基准，监测钢柱自上而下的垂直度。其垂直度的误差≤5㎜.如误差过大，则调节地脚螺栓，调整时注意监测标高误差不能超出规定值。

4、钢柱的最后固定：第一根钢柱调整完成后，立即紧固地脚螺栓，同时在柱顶端固定三根揽风绳，自三个方向稳定钢柱。在其相邻钢柱完成调整并紧固后，应立即将柱间支撑安装就位，以确保同轴线钢柱的稳定性。

二、钢梁吊装：本项目钢梁均为钢板焊制变截面H型钢梁，为两段组合梁，组合梁应先在地面用普通螺栓进行构件预装，检查合格后再行吊装。

钢梁吊装工序为：绑扎→起吊→就位→校正→最后固定

为便于安装，起吊钢梁时，用两点绑扎对称设置，以便起吊后梁身保持水平，起吊时捆绑钢丝绳与梁身的夹角应大于60°，梁的两端设拉绳控制，避免悬空时碰撞柱子，就位时应缓慢落钩，便于对线，梁就位后用M20的普通螺栓加以固定，然后立即将相关的支撑杆件安装就位，使梁、柱和支撑杆件间形成稳定的空间钢架单元。

钢梁吊装顺序为：将每跨两段钢梁一次吊装。结构吊装时，配16吨和8吨的汽车吊各两台，分别在两个流水段中使用，16吨汽车吊作吊装使用，8吨吊作钢梁组装使用。

钢梁校正：应对于形成稳定的空间钢架单元进行构件调整校正。检查时用经纬仪、水准仪、线锤配合测量，检查调整的内容包括：

各螺栓连接面的贴合度≥80%

钢柱垂直度≤5㎜

钢梁中部下挠度≤10㎜

钢梁旁弯度≤10㎜

钢梁跨度垂直度≤2㎜

柱顶标高误差≤5㎜

屋脊标高误差≤5㎜

当所有钢柱、钢梁和支撑杆件安装调整完毕后，即可用C30细石混凝土进行钢柱脚板下的二次混凝土浇筑。

（五）、高强螺栓施工方案：

高强螺栓安装是钢结构工程施工中非常重要的工序，必须严格按照《钢结构高强螺栓的设计、施工及验收规程》（JGJ82—91）中的要求进行施工，质检员和施工员必须严把工程质量关。

2、高强螺栓的选择、复验和保管

（1）、高强螺栓规格的确定：

高强螺栓的型号及直径的确定：按工程施工图所确定的螺栓型号，级别经济直径严格执行。

高强螺栓长度的确定：公式：L=L′+ns+m+3p

式中：L′—两个连接板的厚度总和

n —垫圈个数 （扭剪型高强螺栓为1个，大六角螺栓为2个

m —螺栓厚度（均按20㎜计算）

s —垫圈厚度，㎜（按3㎜计算）

p —螺栓螺纹的螺距

（2）、高强螺栓的复验选样方法：

高强螺栓的进场验收：高强螺栓进场后，全部螺栓封闭验收，并填写验收卡存档。验收时应根据设计图纸及高强螺栓采购计划对进场螺栓的型号、公称直径、长度、数量、外观进行检查。验收卡中应将螺栓按生产厂家、型号、批号、规格分类列表。同时确认随货提供的合格证，质保书是否齐全和有效。

高强螺栓复检的选择：高强螺栓进场后，项目部应立即书面通知工程监理一同进行取样。

取样时按生产厂家、型号、批号及规格分别取样。取样后将所取样品分生产厂家、型号、批号及规格分别封样，并在所封样品内放入相应的出厂合格证，并在所封样品的外包装上贴上《高强螺栓取样单》

高强螺栓的取样比例按每个批号每种规格的3—5套取样，未经复检和复验报告、合格证、质保书不齐全的高强螺栓严禁使用。

（3）、高强螺栓的贮存和发放：

高强螺栓施工的目标控制时螺栓标准轴力，而影响标准轴力的是扭矩系数，同时扭矩系数是随高强螺栓连接副中螺栓，螺母，垫圈是否生锈，是否沾染赃物或润滑油是否干燥等因素而随时变化，从而影响高强螺栓连接副紧固力矩的标准值。所以必须特别注意高强螺栓的存储与发放，严格控制扭矩系数的变化，这是保证高强施工的关键。

贮存：高强螺栓应按包装箱注，明的规格，型号、编号、分类存放，不同规格与批号的螺栓严格混箱贮存。高强螺栓堆放严禁超过三层，且要保持库内通风、防潮。高强螺栓底层应距地面高度≥300以上。

发放每天需要的数量有记录的发放，当日未能用完的螺栓应及时回收进库，螺栓出库前应做最后一次外观逐一检查。

螺栓在工地上使用禁止随地乱放，必须按螺栓、螺母、垫片分别装入特制的袋中，随时保证螺栓连接的清洁，以防扭矩系数的变化。

（4）高强螺栓安装：

A：高强螺栓安装前的准备工作：

摩擦面处理：高强螺栓安装前，要首先处理摩擦面，具体处理方法如下：

首先，清除摩擦面的泥土、油污及浮锈。清除方法：对于泥土、浮锈用钢刷与受力垂直的方向清理；对于油污、油漆用油污的溶解液浸泡清理，然后清水冲洗干净，再用布料物质抹干。对于具有氧化的连接面可用手砂轮沿与受力垂直方向打磨。

其次，与抗滑移试件对比，确认摩擦面表面与合格的试件表面状态一致。

ａ．螺栓孔的处理：检查高强螺栓连接孔有无移位，椭圆、飞边等现象，如产生飞边则应用手提砂轮打磨，如有位移与椭圆现象，在偏差不大于2mm时可用铰刀处理。

严禁使用火焰方法修正螺栓孔。

ｂ．工具准备：不同的螺栓应用不同工具进行紧固，大六角高强螺栓应用手动扭力扳手；扭剪型高强螺栓应用手动扳手或电动扳手。两种螺栓的初拧均用手动扳手，终拧时，大六角用手动，扭剪型用电动扳手。

B．高强螺栓安装施工

a．普通螺栓预拼装：

每一个高强螺栓节点用不少于l／3应有的高强螺栓数目的普通螺栓首先进行预拼装，用手动扳手(将力矩标定在100N．M)紧固，达到两个相互连接板全部贴合为止。随后检查贴合面的贴合度应达到80％，未达到80％贴合度的可采用火焰校正和夹l-3mm垫板处理。所用垫板需用与结构同等条件材质的材料制做，并做喷砂处理，摩擦系数应达到原试验结果。

b．高强螺栓安装：

高强螺栓在每一榀屋架的全部节点处理完毕，通过验收后进行，置换时，每一榀构件中的各节点同时进行，完成一榀屋架之后，再进行第二榀屋架的置换。

扭剪型高强螺栓的安装方法：该型螺栓有台面的一侧应朝向垫圈有倒角的一侧，并且朝向螺栓的尾部。

大六角高强螺栓的安装方法：该型螺栓中，螺栓根部所用的垫圈有倒角的一侧应朝向螺栓的头部；螺母垫圈则应与扭剪型高强螺栓的螺母垫圈的安装方法相同。

高强螺栓在穿入螺栓孔时，应自由穿入，严禁用敲击方法强行打入，如不能自由穿入时，可用铰刀扩孔，铰刀扩孔时，应将周边的螺栓全部初拧拧紧，铰孔完成后，要清除孔周围毛刺及铰孔时产生的铁屑。

c．高强螺栓的紧固：

螺栓的紧固分为初拧与终拧。大型节点可分为初拧、复拧与终拧。

初拧：每一榀屋架的各节点的螺栓应同时进行初拧，初拧完成后，应首先在每个螺栓尾部用醒目记号笔打一个点做记录，并且同时填写高强螺栓安装记录，初拧扭矩应为终拧扭矩的60%-80%，一般情况下初拧均用扭力扳手进行，力矩标定为：

复拧：对于大型节点，高强螺栓初拧完成后，在初拧基础上，再重复紧固一次，

复拧时的扭矩标定等于初拧扭矩。

终拧：在每～榀屋架的各节点的全部螺栓完成初拧(复拧)后经过检查合格，可进行终拧，终拧完一个螺栓在螺栓尾部用醒目记号笔再打一个点做标记，并填写高强螺栓安装记录。终拧扭矩的确定为：终拧扭矩(M)=(p+△P)．k．d。

式中：p一设计预拉力KN(t)

△p一预拉力损失值，一般为设计预拉力的5％～10％

K一扭矩系数(在螺栓出厂质保书中查出)

D一螺栓公称尺寸

施工中可直接从下表中查出施工预拉力（(p+△P）

注：以上公式确定的终拧扭矩仅指大六角高强螺栓的终拧扭矩。

紧固顺拧：高强螺栓施工的关键是保证同一节点内的所有螺栓的受力均匀一致。所以为避免因紧固方法不当，导致连接面翘曲，最终使得同一节点上各螺栓所承受的轴力不一致，在紧固螺栓时应从中向边扩散对称进行；H型钢对按节点的螺栓紧固应按柱侧连接板→复板连接板→上翼缘连接板→下翼缘板的顺序进行；每连接板上各螺栓仍然按上述方式进行。 当天置换的高强螺栓应在当天完成初拧与终拧。

d．高强螺栓连接面封闭：

高强螺栓紧固完成后，应立即用塑料薄膜进行包裹封闭保护；待监理现场验收后，再用汽车用灰膏做永久性周边封闭，以保证灰尘、油污、雨水不能进入连接面缝隙内，从而影响摩擦系数。

高强螺栓安装必须有专职质检员检查并填写《高强螺栓安装记录》。

（六）、檩条安装施工方案

本工程屋面檩条规格为Z型檩条，墙面檩条为Z型檩条，材质Q235，檩条拉杆为φ12圆钢，材质Q235。檩条对接用M16镀锌螺栓和檩条固定座连接，每隔一檩距设一角隅撑。屋面檩条拉杆是为调整檩条的间距并固定檩条使其在承载后不会产生扭曲，因此应在檩条的两面同时加固螺帽，使檩条处于最佳位置。拉杆的分布应为间隔错层形式。

安装檩条时，应同时安装屋顶风机支座和采光板支架。

檩条安装就位后，应进行检查和调整。检查调整的主要内容包括：

（1） 同排檩条的直线度误差 ≤10mm

（2）相邻两根檩条标高误差 ≤2mm

（3） 单根檩条旁弯 ≤5mm

（4） 檩条下挠度 ≤L／1000(L为檀条长度)．

（5） 同坡各排檩条平面度误差 ≤3mm。

施工要点：

由于本项目结构梁长度较大，长细比也较大，极易出现“人”字形屋面，造成屋面中部积水、漏水，所以檩条初装完毕后，必须测量结构梁的下挠度，调整檩条的高度补偿结构梁的下挠度，以保证屋面板安装后的坡面直度。

（七）、钢结构防火涂料施工方案：

该项目建筑防火等级为二级，防火涂料在钢结构安装完成后，彩板安装前进行，

防火涂料涂装必须由具有专业资质的施工队伍承担。

（1）施工过程中和涂层干燥固化前，除水泥部分防火涂料外，环境温度宜保持在5℃-38℃，施工时环境相对湿度不宜大于90％，当空其表面有结露时，不宜作业。

（2）防火涂料安装按招标文件采用薄行，涂刷方式可选择喷涂或滚涂。喷涂时每次喷涂厚度涂层不应超过0.5mm，须在前一遍干燥后方可进行后一遍施工。

（3）涂料搅拌采用低速搅拌机时间不宜过长，以免涂料中轻质骨料过度粉碎影响涂层质量。

（4）防火涂料每遍必须在前一涂层基本干燥或固化后方可进行下道工序施工。

（5）防火涂料搅拌好后及时用完，超过规定使用时间不得使用。

防火涂层厚度应符合设要求，施工时要随时检测涂层厚度。

（八）、钢结构屋面安装施工方案

1．屋面板安装工艺

本工程屋面板为0.5厚840（暗扣型）彩钢板。

大面积安装屋面板之前，应首先在屋顶适当位置制作安装简易吊具。

简易吊具在每个提升点安装三个，两个吊具的距离相隔L/2+2mm。(L为彩钢板长度)。同时在屋面上用屋面板架设3—4m宽的工作平台，用彩条布全面覆盖，以防止损伤屋面。屋面板的安装顺序：保温棉一采光板一屋脊盖板，并从工作平台向屋顶另一端推进。在工作人员行走位置均应铺上彩条布保护已安装就位的屋面板。

（1）保温棉铺设：

将保温棉从屋脊处顺坡放下，待铺够6m宽度后并始固定。每两排保温棉之间用西斯尔专用100mm胶带粘接。保温棉的固定用100mm宽胶带粘接。

（2）屋面外板的安装

屋面上板(即外板)为840型彩钢压型板。

首先在屋面板通长方向上用铅笔划线定位，再用电钻低速打入细牙自攻钉，将屋面板固定在檩条上。

自攻丝打入前应在屋面通长方面上弹线定位，屋面板屋脊处、檐沟处和采光上下口处，自攻丝应逐波打入，其它地方可隔波打入。在打入自攻丝时，应选用细自攻丝和配用低速式电钻(或调为低速档)，以保证打入自攻丝时，不在自攻丝周边形成凹坑。

各部分搭节长度的确定：屋面板伸入檐沟的长度应不小于100mm；屋脊盖板覆盖屋面板和屋面板搭接长度应在200-300mm之间。

屋面板在屋脊处和檐沟处的处理：

屋脊盖板应在屋面板波峰对应处开出相应的缺口，然后将屋脊盖板扣在屋面板上。

屋面板伸入屋脊盖板部分的上端头应做上翻边，伸入檐沟部分的下口做下翻边。一是确定屋脊处不回水；二是保证檐沟内屋面板不勾水。

同时在与屋面板结合处之间安装橡胶堆头，以确保檐沟不翻水。

安装屋面板之前要首先调整屋面各排檩条及檐沟的上翻边面在同一倾斜的平面上并且檐沟的上翻边面约低于屋面各排檩条所形成的倾斜面l-2cm,：保证屋面板不会在与檐沟结合时产生上翘而导致积水现象。

840彩钢压型板有效截面惯性矩大，适合大檩距的屋面板安装，其产品特点是：连接件隐蔽即屋面没有穿透螺栓，不破坏彩钢板的完整性，外型美观，耐腐蚀性、耐久性及抗渗漏性较好，施工速度快。由于屋面板与支架是咬口连接，坡长的屋面热胀冷缩时，屋面板在支架上可以自由伸缩，防止了坡长屋面由于热胀冷缩而产生裂缝。

840彩钢压型板屋面安装施工要点：咬口搭接必须使用840彩钢压型板配套专用施工工具手动铆边钳和电动铆边机；压型板屋面的施工在于屋脊和檐沟处泛水件的防水处理。

施工方法：

A、屋面安装工作平台的设置：屋面板在大面积安装开始前，需道在屋面上设置提升转立工作平台，工作平面可用屋面板首先在屋架梁上铺设固定3-4m宽，铺设固定后，用彩条布全面覆盖，以防止损伤屋面。

注：屋面工作人员严禁穿硬底鞋在屋面板上行走。

B、屋面板的安装顺序：屋面板大面积安装时，从屋面板起吊端向建筑物另一端推进，为保护己安装好的屋面板应在屋面板上顺檩条方面每隔五米铺设彩条布，屋面板在屋面上水平移动时，工作人员行走使用从而保护已安装好的屋面板。

C、屋面板的侧向搭接应顺主导风向，安装第一块板时，应确定符合设计要求的起点线，并设一根拉线作为标志线。然后在每根檩条位置上方安装760型支架，固定支架采用镀锌支架；安装时先按波距将支架固定在檩条上，每一行支架应在一条直线上，每个支架偏移误差不得大于2mm。在位于支架两端的预制沉孔内用两颗十字平头自攻钉固定。纵向第一排支架全部固定好后，将第一块板安放在支架上，使它正确地与支架大边和中心啮合，彩板应伸出檐沟15cm至20cm。第一块板固定好后，在每根檩条上固定第二列支架。先将它的小边嵌在第一块板小边上，大边仍指向安装方向，用自攻钉固定好支架后，第二块板的大边与支架小边啮合，中心肋与支架大边啮合，然后用脚压实。使用手动铆边钳将相临两块彩钢板的咬口咬合。以此类推。每安装10块板，要测量板的两端边线与标志线之间的距离，以保证所固定的压型板与标志线平行。

伸入檐沟或泛水沟部分的下端头应做下翻边，同时在檐沟或泛水沟与屋面板结合处之间安装成型泡沫料密封条，以确保屋脊盖板与压型板结合部和檐沟与压型板结合部均不会回水。

D、自攻丝打入前应在屋面通长方面上弹线定位，屋面板屋脊处、檐沟处和采光窗上下口处自攻丝应逐波打入，其它地方可隔波打入，在打入自攻丝时，应选用细自攻丝和配用低速式电转(或调为低速档)，以保证打入自攻丝时，不在自攻丝周边形成凹坑。

E、各部分搭节长度的确定：屋面板伸入檐沟的长度应不小于100mm。

F、屋面板在屋脊处和檐沟处的处理：

屋脊盖板应在屋面板波峰对应处开出相应的缺口，然后将屋脊盖板扣在屋面板上。屋面板伸入屋脊盖板部分的上端头应做上翻边，伸入檐沟部分的下口做上翻边。一是确定屋脊处不回水；二是保证檐沟内屋面板不勾水。

同时在与屋面板结合处之间安装橡胶堵头，以确保檐沟不翻水。

泛水板与屋面板搭接处应涂胶两遍并采用拉铆钉连接，间距为50mm，外露钉头涂胶；凡有可能产生渗漏水的接缝、接头处，均应以密封胶封严。

安装屋面板之前要首先调整屋面各排檩条及檐沟的上翻边面在同一倾斜的平面上并且檐沟的上翻边面约低于屋面各排檩条所形成的倾斜面l-2cm，保证屋面板不会在与檐沟结合时产生上翘，从而导致积水现象。

G、成品保护：屋面板安装过程中，由于攻丝、钻孔、切割等均会在屋面板上产生许多铁屑，这些铁屑在潮湿的空气中，48小时即会产生锈蚀现象，从而损坏屋面板，因此每日工作完毕后，应用面粉做的面团将屋面上残留铁屑清除掉。

屋脊盖板的安装：

屋脊盖板应在屋面处板波峰对应处开出相应的缺口，然后将屋脊盖板扣在屋面外板上。外板伸入屋脊盖板部分的上端头应做上翻边防止雨水倒灌。

金属屋面防水施工：

屋面防水除了必须进行合理的结构设计外，屋面防水密封主要使用丁基橡胶防水密封粘结带，使用部位和数量：（1）屋面顺坡搭接处使用两道JDA04-15 II型双面粘结带；（2）屋脊盖板左右两侧分别各用一道JDA04-15 II型双面粘结带；（3）屋面采光板四周及屋面风机四周使用一道JDA03-15 II型双面粘结带；（4）屋面内置檐沟上压型板堵头的上下面处使用JDA04-15 II型双面粘结带。

使用前基面处理：在使用丁基橡胶防水密封粘结带之前，应首先将需粘结板面的部位用柔软的干布将基面上的水珠、油污、灰尘等杂物擦拭干净，在檐沟上使用时，要检查钢板檐沟的翻边处防锈涂装的覆盖情况，如有锈蚀或基面有杂质时，需用砂纸处理平整，清除杂物后重新涂装，待涂层干燥后方可使用粘结带。

粘结带使用方法：在粘贴粘结带时，应首先将一面保护膜撕去，然后平整地将粘结带按铺设方向沿波形态铺设在基面上，用手轻轻按压，使其与基面完全贴合；再撕去上层保护膜，将上层压型板平稳地压在上边，然后固定压紧。丁基橡胶防水密封粘结带为自粘性材料，应一次粘贴到位，不能重复使用。

（九）、墙面板安装施工方案

墙面铺板：根据安装前墙面板排板的方案，白建筑物的一端开始铺板，每固定3-4张墙面板，用线锤检测墙板的垂直度，每块墙面板的垂直度误差不应大于2/1000。

墙面板的固定：使用悬挂式钢梯承载作业工人进行作业，悬挂式钢梯上端可悬挂在边墙的纵向支撑上，墙面在高于15米时，悬挂钢梯应分段制作，分段悬挂在不同的墙面檩条上。

外墙固定自攻丝在使用前，需首先在檩条上弹竖直基线，同排自攻丝的上下误差不应大于5mm，自攻螺钉打入位置距离边缘20mm为宜。

墙面转角的做法：由于墙面尺寸及门窗尺寸不能与所用板型配套，因此在每个墙面的转角处，不可避免地将要产生切板，将导致墙体转角处，两相邻墙面结合部的板型状态与设计理想状态不一致，因此转角收边件应在周边墙板全部完成后，根据转角的具体情况，调整为统一尺寸。

山墙及檐口收边泛水件的做法：收边件与压型板墙面结合部收边件应与屋脊做法一样，切口后，扣入压型板的波谷内。

（十）、砌筑工程

钢结构墙梁工程施工完毕后，砌体开始施工。砌筑材料

本工程墙砌体用砖设计为空心砌块。进场的砌块必须具备厂家出厂合格证及材质报告，按照《砌体工程施工及验收规范》(GB50203—2002)要求进行砌块检验。

1、 施工工艺流程

按图放出各墙体位置轴线，并标示清楚门窗洞口位置，按照蓝图设计砌筑。

施工要点

（1）空心砌块进场后堆放整齐，堆置高度不宜超过2m，采取遮盖等有效措施防

止雨淋，施工时的含水率小于20％；

（2）施工前应复核结构轴线，符合后方可弹出墙体细部尺寸线；

（3）砌筑前，按墙段实量尺寸和砌块规格尺寸进行排列摆块，最下一层如灰缝厚大于20mm时，应用细石混凝土找平铺砌。

（4）砌筑时，必须遵守“反砌"原则，即使砌块底面向上砌筑。上下皮应错缝搭砌。墙体底部砌200mm黏土砖；

（5）在砌块墙的转角纵横墙交接处，需要隔皮纵、横墙砌块相互搭砌。隔皮纵、横墙砌块端面漏头。

（6）外墙和室内隔墙与钢柱间在砌筑时沿墙高每500mm设置2φ6锚筋，锚筋锚入墙体内深度为1000mm，并与钢柱焊接。

（十一）、装饰工程施工方案

严格按图纸设计要求及施工规范旋工，不得减少工艺。

1、地面工程

本工程车间为混凝土地面。

2、墙面抹灰

（1）抹灰前必须先找好规矩，四角规方、横线找平、立线吊直、弹出准线和踢脚板线。

（2）室内墙面、柱面的阳角和门洞口的阳角，用l 3水泥砂浆抹出护角，护角高度2m，每侧宽度50ram。

（3）墙面阳角抹灰时，先将靠尺在墙角的一面用线锤找直，然后在墙角的另一面顺靠尺抹上砂浆。

（4）室内踢脚线根据高度尺寸弹上线，把八字尺靠在线上用铁抹子切齐，修边清理。

（5）外墙采用面砖外墙（砌体部分）和彩钢板外墙（结构部分）。

（十二）门窗工程施工方案

（1）、安装工艺流程

（2）弹线找规矩

在最高层找出门窗口边线，用大线坠将门窗口边线下引，并在每层门窗口处划线标记，对个别不直的窗口边应剔凿处理。门窗口的水平位置应以楼层+50cm水平线为准，往上量出窗下皮标高，弹线找直，每层窗下皮(若标高相同)则应在同一水平线上。

（3）墙厚方向的安装位置

根据外墙大样图，确定门窗在墙厚方向的安装位置；如外墙厚度有偏差时，原则上应以同一房间窗台板外露尺寸一致为准，窗台板应伸入窗的窗框下5mm为宜。

（4）就位和临时固定

根据己放好的安装位置线安装，并将其吊正找直，无问题后方可用木楔临时固定。

（5）门框安装

预留门洞(门框尺寸)提前修理好。

在门框的侧边固定好连接铁件(或木砖)。

门框按位置立好，找好垂直度及几何尺寸后，用射钉或自攻螺丝将门框与墙体预埋件固定。用保温材料填嵌门框与砖墙或混凝土墙间的缝隙。用密封膏填嵌墙体与门窗框边的缝隙。

（6）门扇安装

（7）安装五金配件

待墙面刷浆修理完，油漆涂刷完后方可安装门的五金配件，安装工艺要求详见产品说明，要求安装牢固，使用灵活。

（8）保证项目

门窗及其附件质量，必须符合设计要求和有关标准的规定。门窗的安装位置、开启方向必须符合设计要求。

门窗的安装必须牢固，预埋件的数量、位置、埋设连接方法，必须符合设计要求。

门窗框与非不锈钢紧固件接触面之间，必须做防腐处理严禁用水泥砂浆作门窗框与墙体之间的填塞材料。

（9）基本项目

门窗扇安装应符合以下规定：

平开门窗扇关闭严密，间隙均匀，开关灵活。

推拉门窗扇关闭严密，间隙均匀，扇与框搭接量应符合设计要求。

门窗附件齐全，安装位置正确、牢固、灵活适用，达到各自的功能，端正美观。

门窗框与墙体间缝隙填嵌饱满密实，表面平整、光滑，无裂缝，填塞材料、方法符合设计要求。

门窗表面洁净，无划痕、碰伤，无锈蚀，涂胶表面平滑、平整，厚度均匀，无气孔。

第四章、工程施工进度计划

（一）、施工进度计划横道图（见附图）

（二）、综合说明

为了满足施工缩短工期需要，基础部分、主体及装饰施工阶段须配备足够的施工机具，对重要的施工机械采取备份制，并注意不同阶段机具的需求差别及有效衔接。

（三）、机械设备管理措施

（1）按必要性、可以性和经济性原则对施工机械设备的采购、租赁或调配进行选择。

（2）根据现场条件、结构模式、机械设备性能、施工工艺和方法、施工组织和管理、技术经济等因素，使现场的施工面积合理使用、配套使用，充分发挥机械效能，取得较好的经济效益。

（四）、劳动力的配置计划

根据本工程具体情况和施工进度计划，本工程各施工队段劳动力配置计划分别见下表所示：

说明：l．各阶段需用劳动力为单独作业所需人数。2．由于各阶段进行流水施工、各工序的交叉搭接和人员平衡调配，高峰期现场总人数约90人。

（五）、劳动力组织和管理的关键环节

主体施工阶段为本工程劳动力高峰期，装饰装修、收尾阶段的劳动力组织和管理是直接影响本工程能否顺利完成的一个关键环节，为此我们将采取以下几点措施：

l、施工现场项目经理及主办工长做到全盘考虑，认真学习和研究施工图纸，领会设计意图，拟定出本工程各阶段施工所需投入的人力什么时间进场、什么时间退场，做到心中有数，减少盲目性，以免造成不应有的人员紧缺或窝工现象。

2、在使用人力上执行竞争上岗的制度，防止出工不出力和返工现象的发生。

本工程装饰装修标准较高，工作面广，在收尾阶段，要教育好我们的工人，特别重视成品保护，防止己完工的部位被损坏和污染，要同各分包单位取得联系，组织足够人员参加保护工作。

（六）、降低成本措施

（1）加强质量控制，减少返工损失做到一次性成活。

（2）合理安排成品现场存放位置，减少二次搬运费用。

（3）合理安排材料的使用，避免长料短用不良现象。

（4）科学组织流水施工，减少窝工。

（5）成立综合作业班组，充分利用劳动生产力。

（6）做好各工种的文明施工，减少现场材料的浪费。

（7）加强员工的职业技术教育，努力提高劳动生产率。

第五章、文明施工实施措施

（一）、开展文明施工措施

（1）坚持两个文明一起抓，积极与建设单位建立良好联系，广泛开展共建活动。

（2）健全现场安全质量领导机构，严格安全管理制度。健全质量保证体系，严格按设计，施工规范组织施工，克服质量通病，无重大质量事故发生。

（3）施工场地钢构件存放整齐有序，材料堆放规范标识明确，道路、水、电等管线路布局合理，驻地环境整洁有序符合国家卫生规定。

（4）开展文明竞赛活动，提倡用文明用语，作文明职工。

（5）尊重建设单位甲方及监理，密切与其关系，发现问题协商解决，作到互谅互让，以礼相待。

（二）、环保措施

（1）在编制实施性施工组织设计时，把环保工作作为施工组织重要组成部分，并认真贯彻执行有关法规。

（2）认真学习地方各级政府有关水土保护，环境保护的方针政策和法令，强化环保意识，加强环保宣传，使大家认识到环保作业的重要性和必要性。

（3）安装作业队每到一处，生活垃圾要专门规划地点，并进行处理，严禁随意焚烧垃圾，减少环境污染，撤离现场要清理干净.

（4）保持周围水源清洁和环境优美,不得污染水源,场地废料要及时清场回收。

（5）广泛开展环保宣传教育，定期进行环保检查，及时处理违章事项，做到文明施工。

（三）、与甲方、监理单位、设计单位配合措施

（1）工程中标后，积极作好施工前各项准备工作，向甲方按时汇报完成的主要工作量，以便甲方掌握施工进度和进行质量监督检查指导。

（2）工程完成后，及时向建设单位递交竣工报告，认真编制好竣工文件，同时认真做好已完工程的看守和维护。

（3）工程施工中，自觉接受施工监理工程师的检查指导。

（4）尊重施工监理工程师的意见和建议，对监理工程师提出的意见，

应按照施工图纸，施工规范、验收标准进行认真整改处理。如有异议时，协调建设单位，设计单位一同解决。

（5）如遇施工图纸有出入需要变更设计时，应及时向设计单位，施工监理工程师汇报，并作好变更设计申请手续。

（6）钢构件，材料进场后，应请监理工程师一同检查验收，参加检查验收人员按规定在检查记录上签字，共同把好构件材料进场检验关。

（7）施工前应对图纸进行认真审核，并通过建设单位邀请设计单位进行设计技术交底。

（四）、周围构筑物的保护措施

（1）本工程施工前，公司。教育施工人员爱护地下管、线、电缆及地上构筑物。

（2）施工中损坏的设施及时按原标准修复或改移，保证水沟畅通。

第六章、施工平面图

（一）﹑设计说明

（1）﹑要尽量减少用地面积。

（2）﹑使施工平面图设计达到科学合理化和物料具备定位管理标准化，从而实现施工现场容量规范化的目标。

（3）﹑坚持“以人为本”的思想。满足防火和安全﹑劳动保护﹑卫生管理方面的要求，保护职工雇员及业主代表﹑设计代表和监理工程师的生命健康和公共安全。

（4）﹑施工现场临时用电配电箱按施工具体需要配置。

（二）﹑设计依据

安全生产﹑文明施工现场工地，按照施工总体部署，保证工程总体目标的实现，合理部署施工所需的临时工程设施，加强对临时工程设施的管理，保障施工有序正常的进行，在施工中实现安全有序﹑文明施工，保护环境，整洁卫生，不扰民，不损害公共利益，减少临时设施费。

本工程施工现场平面部署设计依据如下﹕

（1）﹑《中华人民共和国安全生产法》﹔

（2）﹑《建设工程安全生产检查管理条例》﹔

（3）﹑《建筑施工安全生产检查标准》（JGJ59—99），

（4）﹑《建筑施工安全工会检查标准》及其现行国家标准和规范

（三）、临电施工

第一节 施工临时给、排水

一、施工用水

根据本工程工程量、所需劳动人数、施工机械等情况，对施工用水作如下设计：

钢结构工程施工现场只有少量的砌筑及抹灰工程需要用水，用水量很小，主水管采用50m即可满足施工及生活用水要求。

二、现场排水、排污布置 ．

施工现场内设置排水主沟，排除施工废水、污水、生活污水和雨水通过排水支沟，经三级沉淀池沉淀后，排入主沟，进入市政管网污水井，生活防水经现场临时化粪池后排入市政污水井。地下水和雨水有组织排入城市雨水进。

第二节 临时施工用电

现场临时用电采用TN—s系统(三相五线制)，采用标准化配电箱，实行二级配电三级保护，确保施工现场用电安全。

施工用电量计算

施工现场临时用电大体上分为施工机械用电(即电动机和电焊机)和照明用电两大类，照明用电按施工机械用电量l0％考虑。

施工机械用电可按下列公式计算：

第三节 生产临时设施的布置

在进行生产临时设施规划时，尽量将它与生活临时设施分开设置，以免生活、生产相互干扰。根据本工程场地的情况，将生产临时设施作作如下规划：

现场设配电房、水泥库、彩钢板加工棚、构件堆场等生产设施(彩钢板加工场地采用硬地化施工，即将彩钢板加工场地作成150mm厚的砼地面)。在围护完工后，即拆除彩钢板加工棚部分临设，增设装饰材料库房及安装材料堆场。

根据本工程的地理位置、周边环境及建设单位指定用地范围，现场平面布置应充

分考虑各种环境因素及施工需要，布置时遵循了如下原则：

一、针对本工程周边环境，总平面布置应着重加强环境保护和文明施工，使工地永远处于整洁、卫生、有序合理的状态，使该工程在环保、节能等方面成为一个名副其实的绿色窗口。

二、出入口的设置

根据我公司现场踏勘情况，为便于材料运输，并实现场地内的施工通道畅通，在场地北面设一个材料运输的出入口。

三、中小型机械的布置，要处于安全环境中，要避开高空物体打击的范围。

四、临时电源、电线敷设要避开人员流量大的楼梯及安全出口以及容易被坠落物体打击的范围，电线尽量采用暗敷方式。

第七章、质量保证技术组织措施和保证体系

（一）、质量管理体系

本工程质量管理体系见下图 ：

质量目标：所有分项、分部，单位工程全部达到国家现行钢结构验收相关规范的合格标准。

（三）、质量保证措施：

1、质量职责

（1）安装负责人：

1.1负责按GB/T19000-IS09000标准建立健全，完善实施质量体系， 证保系的正常运行。

1.2以内负责贯彻和实施质量方针、质量目标，向上级领导报告质量体系运行情况，以便改进质量体系。

1.3明确人员职责，建立恰当的奖惩方法。充分调动参与本工程建设的所有员工的积极性。

1.4负责合同内的生产经营，有权安排和调整项目施工计划及进度，调配现场内的物资，资金和人员，对完成项目的施工计划负责，对工程质量、 工期、成本、安全、文明生产负责。

1.5主持工作会议，审定或签发对内对外的重要文件，对签署的有关工程变更、洽商、经要等文件负责。

（2）技术负责人：

2.1组织贯彻技术规范、施工规范、质理标准，主要负责编制审定工程施工组织设计，特殊工程的施工方案。

2.2组织、领导新材料、新工艺、新技术的开发和推广工作。

2.3对检测机构设置、人员、设备、仪器、仪表的测试手段，管理制度，承担技术指导和领导责任。

2.4负责组织设计图纸会审工作，在项目经理的主持下编制审定施工组织设计，特殊工程的施工方案、技术措施，并作好技术交底工作。

（3）质检员：

3.1负责贯彻执行有关法令和质量管理制度，按照检验评定标准对施工全过程实施安全监督、检查、指导质检员的业务工作。

3.2负责检验单位工程、抽验分部、分项工程的质量评定等级并负责复核质量技术资料。

3.3组织工程质量抽检，联检、参与质量问题的调查分析，检查落实和整改。

3.4负责编制施工创优规划，制定创优措施。

3.5负责特殊 种培训工作

（4）安装作业队长：

4.1严格执行质量保证手册和有关程序文件，确保工程项目在施工过程中符合质量保证体系的要求，满足建设单位及合同要求。

4.2以工程项目为中心、直接、全面、全过程地对施工进行管理。

4.3组织工序作业培训和质量教育。

4.4严格执行工程质量班组自检制度，班组质检员随时对工程质量进行检查，技术难度大的由工程师亲自把关。

4.5现场操作人员严格执行工序质理管理制度,检查上一工序,干好本工序,服务下工序，确保每个工序都不遗留质隐患。

2、质量教育制度

（1）在质量管理中确立质量“始于教育、终于教育”的思想，采用与实际紧密结合的方法，对各级管理人员，技术人员和工人进行质量教育。

（2）质量教育的基本内容包括：质量意识、质量管理知识，专业技能和有关业务知识教育。

（3）对管理人员进行质量管理的意义，质量管理的概念和方法教育，对技术人员，管理人员进行系统教育，使其掌握质理管理的基本理论，观点和方法。

（4）对职工进行质量管埂普及教育，增强技术、技能教育，提高技术业务水平和工作能力。

（5）对主要工种进行专业培训，合格后方可上岗操作。

3、施工过程控制制度

（1）对特殊过程和关键过程的施工，由质监员进行监理。

（2）施工过程中，由质监员对安全质量进行监督检查，尤其是在冬、雨季、夜间和特殊环境下施工，对施工方案的安全措施进行审查并监督实施。

（3）材料检验和试验由公司质保部负责，质保部定期对材料进行抽检，质理检查人员对不合格材料、有权制止使用。

4、质量自检制度

施工作业班组在完成施工工序自检，自检按验收规范和作业指导书进行，予以记录，记录保存在班组，由质检员确认合格后转入下道工序。

5、接受建设单位，监理单位质量监督的措施

（1）主动接受建设单位的质量监督和指导，签订保证施工质量责任状，使施工质量落实到人。

（2）工程施工过程中，积极配合监理部门的工作，为监理工程师提供工作条件。

（3）欢迎监理工程师采用随上检查，巡视，检验等形式对工程进行监督检查。

（4）尊重施工监理工程师的意见和建议，对监理工程理师提出的意见，应按照施工图纸，施工规范、验收标准进行认真整改处理。

（5）如遇现场与施工图有出入需要变更设计时，应及时向设计单位施工监理工程师汇报，主动向设计单位提出修改变更意见，并作好变更设计申请手续。

（6）施工前应对图纸进行认真审核，并通过建设单位邀请设计单位进行设计技术交底。

（7）工程开工前，施工技术人员应认真审核设计图纸，理解设计意图，做好技术准备工作，优选施工方案，向全体施工人员进行技术交底。

（8）加强施工人员技术培训，严格按操作规程，施工工艺施工。

第八章、安全保证措施

（一）、安全管理体系及控制目标

确保施工安全，工作死亡率为零，重伤率为零，一项3人（含3人以上）群体事故为零，伍仟元以上的机械设备事故率为零，一百元以上火灾事故率为零，直接经济损失在三千元以上的事故率为零。

（二）、安全保证措施

要标后，我公司将及时作好保证施工安全的防范工作。在施工中，我们保证执行国家及建设主管部门发布的有关施工技术安全规则及保证安全的有关规定和规则，坚持文明施工，做好施工现场的环境保护，劳动保护和安全生产，确保施工安全。

成立以现场负责人、安全负责人，施工队安全员组成的安全管理机构，负责审查制定施工安全设计，研究解决施工中出现的问题，使各项安全措施得到贯彻实施。

1、安全生产管理措施

为了实现公司及我项目部的安全生产管理目标，杜绝安全事故的发生，增强全体员工的安全生产意识，加强安全管理，切实把安全生产管理落实到实处，为此特制定以下措施；

（1）认真学习贯彻落实党和国家安全生产方针、政策、法律、法规、依法管理好本项目部安全生产，严格执行《建筑安装施工现场安全防护规定》搞好和推广施工现场安全标准管理。

（2）及时排除各类事故隐患，落实整改措施、事故的整改率为100%。

（3）修改和完善安全生产各项规章制度，建立健全安全生产岗位责任制，研究制定全年安全生产措施，并及时检查各项规章制度措施的贯彻执行和落实情况。

（4）切实加强工人的三级安全教育，做到一个不漏，不经教育不准上岗操作，并认真填好三级教育卡片建立安全档案。

2、生产责任制

（1）项目负责人安全生产责任制：
