Rural popular science beauty has characteristics of universality, science and technology, inheritance and concentricity.Keywords: Rural Popular Science; Connotation; Rural Popular Science Beauty; Characteristic田园科普的内涵及其美的特征罗 凯徐闻县农业局，广东徐闻Email: luokai8818@163.com , luokailk@126.com 收稿日期：2013年12月2日；修回日期：2013年12月13日；录用日期：2013年12月17日 摘 要：田园科普指的是以田园为载体，用农业生产及其过程、行为、工具来普及农业知识的科普活动方式。田园科普美具有普及性、科技性、传承性和集中性等特征。关键词：田园科普；内涵；田园科普美；特征1. 引言农业美学悄然兴起21世纪初[1-7]。随着农业美学的研究、创立，势必催生出农业设计。农业设计包括农产品设计、作物植株设计和田园设计。田园科普设计是三个典型田园设计之一[8-9]。笔者已对其进行了初步的研究[10]。在此，拟对其内涵及其美的特征进行专门的研究。2. 田园科普的内涵笔者认为，田园科普，从狭义上来说，指的就是以田园为载体，用农业生产来普及农业知识的科普活动方式；从广义上来说，指的则是以田园为载体，用农业生产及其过程、行为、工具来普及农业知识的科普活动方式。这里所研究的田园科普，指的是广义的田园科普[10]。具体地，可从如下几方面来理解。2.1. 田园科普以农业知识普及为内容田园科普所普及的农业知识既有高新技术，也有传统技术，如基因育种技术是高新技术，常规育种技术是传统技术；既有作物知识，也有技术知识，如菠萝品种是作物知识，菠萝栽培是技术知识；既有生产内容，也有文化内容，如建设“吨糖田”是生产内容，
