苏南A市港口发展的战略定位与转型路径

        摘要：A市处于苏南地区，应主动参与长三角港口群体的分工与协作，把A市港口融入长三角港口群，积极拓展现代物流服务功能，更好地满足上海国际航运中心建设对A市港发展的要求。为此，应充分挖掘比较优势，增强港口竞争实力；大力发展港口物流，提升港口服务功能；构建立体集疏运体系，大力发展多式联运；建设港口、产业、城市三位一体的产业大港；创新港口基础设施建设投融资机制。

        Abstract: A city in the South of Jiangsu region, should actively participate in the Yangtze River Delta port group division of labor and cooperation, the A port into the Yangtze River Delta port group, actively developing modern logistics services, better meet the needs of the construction of Shanghai international shipping center on the requirements of the development of A in Hong kong. Therefore, we should make full use of comparative advantage, enhance haven competition strength; vigorously develop the port logistics, improving port service functions; building a three-dimensional transport system, vigorously develop the multimodal transport; construction of port, industry, city the Trinity industrial port; innovation port infrastructure construction to cast financing mechanism.
