The Younger Generation In China

Recent decades have seen the rapid development of science technology and the growth-up of the younger generation at the same time. As the owner in the future, the younger generation represent enthusiasm, new knowledge, ability and expectation. However, the younger generation problem is always a hot topic in china during these years. Many old people say that the young are not they were.

Firstly, they think more for their own future and less concerned with the problems of society.Born in the peace age, the present younger generation are mostly born with substance prosperity. Especially when the family planning policy was executed and a family only has one child, the parents will devote all their heart to the only child, which will make their child be spoiled and do not care about other people. They think everyone should surround them and their desire should always be satisfied.

Besides, with the development of society, money is a kind of symbol about the high standard life and the high social position, which have been become a necessary demand among the people. Therefore, many people regard much money as the only way to reach that life. They tried their best to make money rather than develop their own values. So although our society is developing very quickly, people is becoming more and more cold.

What’s more, because of convenient and fast, Internet has been become a kind of fashionable instrument and network life becomes a universal life style in younger generation in China, which makes them less talkative and can not communicate with others fluently. Many young people even abandon themselves to network life and don't have the clear life goals.

In my opinion, there are three ways to solve these problems. Firstly, as the government, they should try their best to make a comfortable social environment for the younger generation. Bad society makes bad persons. Besides, as parents, they should be tolerant to their children and give them lessons about hardship and tribulation but they can not pamper them. To the younger themselves, they should learn to be independent, have the clear life goal and have a sense of self-controlling.

It is true that only the younger generation overcomes their shortcomings can they lead our society to forward. So let us do our best to make a comfortable social environment for the younger and I believe they can present themselves perfectly in the future.
