查对制度在手术室管理中的应用及存在的问题分析

        【摘要】目的：探讨了查对制度在手术室管理中的应用它所存在的一些问题。方法：分析2013年2月至2014年3月这段时间内在我院的123例查对问题。结果：很容易出现问题的重要环节：医嘱执行占21.14%，查对占21.14%，输液占16.26%。结论：对查对制度的重点环节一定要特别注意，在手术管理中的每一个环节都要注重控制质量。

        Abstract： Objective： To explore some of the issues check system management application in which it is present in the operating room. Methods： 123 cases of check issue from February 2013 to March 2014 period of time inherent in our hospital. Results： The important part is prone to the problem： the doctor's advice to perform accounting 21.14%， accounting for 21.14% check， infusion accounted for 16.26%. Conclusion： we must pay special attention to the key aspects of check system， in operation management must pay attention to every aspect of quality control.
