如何写建议信

一、审题

建议信是英语作文中常用的一种应用文体。建议信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建议或看法。内容包括写信的原因、建议的内容、提出这种建议的理由等。这类信件时态以一般现在时为主，人称以第二人称为主。

二、谋篇布局

建议信的格式和普通信件一样，通常包括信头、称呼、正文、结束语和签名五个部分。

建议信的正文部分可分为三部分：

第一部分：引出话题，说明写信目的.

段首常用语：

1) I am writing to express my views concerning/about…

2) You have asked for my advice about…and I will try to make some suggestions.

3) I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my suggestions about how to appreciate art well.

4) I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your physics classes.

5) I have learned that you have some trouble in learning art and I would like to offer you the following tips.

6) The reason why I am writing to you is that I would like to give you some suggestions.

7) I think you can…，if you follow the advice below.

第二部分：提出合理的建议并说明理由.

表达“建议”常用语：

1) I think the most suitable…for you is to do sth/that…

2) I would like to suggest that…

3) You'd better…/It's better to do sth…

4) As far as I am concerned…/In my opinion…

5) For one thing…， for another… / On the one hand,... on the other hand...

6) If I were you, I would do sth…

7) Why not.../ Why don't you...？

8) I think it will be a good idea/more beneficial if you could... 

“建议”陈述形式常用语：

First of all/To begin with,....Besides,....In addition,....What’s more,....Last but not least,....

第三部分：希望所提建议对对方有帮助并表达祝愿。

段尾常用语：

1) I think it would be more beneficial if you could do sth…

2) I do believe you will take my advice into consideration.

3) I do hope you will find these suggestions practical/ useful/helpful.

4) I would appreciate it if you would give us some suggestions.

5) I would be grateful if you would give us some suggestions.

6)I am looking forward to your reply.

四、写作范例
