八、承包单位及各合作签约单位的处罚细则

1、监察各项目部承包单位无证上岗的，给予处罚10000-50000元。对屡教不改、情节严重和承包单位违约的，解除合同。?????? ??????

2、针对项目违反合同，不按合同办事的，损害公司利益，处罚2000-5000元。

3、承包项目按合同，不得承包转包，一经查实，按承包单位违约，清出场，不予施工，退出合同。

4、现有承包单位，以本公司项目名义在外招摇撞骗的，一经查实，按公司相关制度及合同约定，解除承包合同。

5、对承包单位在阶段收方计量的过程中，以欺瞒手段导致工程量超过10%的，处以10-50万罚款。情节严重的，按承包单位严重违约清出场。?????? ??????

6、对承包单位违反安全条例每次处罚10000元。

7、各承包单位施工人员必须持证上岗，无证上岗者一经查实罚款10000元。情节严重的，罚款5万-10万。?????? ??????

8、各承包单位应严格遵守文明施工的管理制度，自觉遵守纪律，保护环境卫生，语气和谐、团结友爱。保证荣誉和职工利益。?????? ??????

9、以上条例望广大员工切实执行、严格遵守，充分体现。实现中国梦，人人为我、我为人人。
