拼多多营销策略研究

在这个大数据时代下,电子商务作为新时代的宠儿迅速进展,第三方电商平台的竞争也互不相让。拼多多,虽然作为一个新兴第三方电商平台,却是一个进展极为迅速的平台。不难看出,拼多多这个平台的优越之处就在于拼团以及实惠的力度,这也吸引了一些用户的注意,加速了用户的规模进展。在经营的过程中,拼多多非常有效的运用了当代人的一些想法,通过拼团来实现最低的价格买最优质的产品,形成了新的电商平台思维。本文通过文献查阅和线上信息搜集调研,分析拼多多的主要营销策略,然后结合拼多多的用户情况分析,对拼多多采纳的营销策略的优势和出现的问题进行了分析,并提出合适的解决方案,通过研究发觉,拼多多通过的低价营销,拼团购买等等策略出现了很大的弊端,应该调整其营销方案及加强对商家的治理,以便提供给客户更优质的服务体验。

Intheprocessofrapiddevelopmentofmodernization,e-commercehasbecomethetoptechnologyofsocialdevelopment,andthecompetitionofthird-partye-commerceplatformisnotmutuallycompatible.Asathird-partye-commerceplatform,Pinduoduoarapidlydevelopingindustry.Itisnotdifficulttoseethattheadvantageoftheplatformisthatitismorecost-effective,whichalsoattractstheattentionofsomeusersandspeedsupthescaleofusers.Intheprocessofoperation.Pinduoduohasusedsomeideasofmodernpeopleveryeffectively.Itcanachievethelowestpricetobuythebestqualityproductsbymeansofconglomeration,forminganewthinkingofe-commerceplatform.Throughliteraturereviewandonlineinformationcollectionandresearch,thispaperanalyzedthemainmarketingstrategiesofPinduoduo,thencombinedwiththeanalysisofuserssituation,analyzedtheadvantagesandproblemsofmarketingstrategiesadoptedbyPinduoduo,andputforwardappropriatesolutions.Throughtheresearch,itwasfoundthatPinduoduo'slow-costmarketing,groupbuyingandotherstrategieshadgreatdisadvantages.Inordertoprovidecustomerswithbetterserviceexperience,weshouldadjustitsmarketingplanandstrengthenthemanagementofbusinesses.
