【摘要】ObjectiveToanalyzeandinvestigatethecausesofcapsularruptureafteroperationofsmallincisioncataractanditsaccordingmeansures.MethodsFifteenhundredandeighty-twopatientswithcataractinthepeople'shospitalofXixiafromMarch2010toMarch2013wereselectedandtreatedbyoperationofsmallincisioncataractextraction.Theclinicaldatawerereviewed,andthecausesandtreatmentofcapsularruptureweresummarized.ResultsInallthecases,forty-eightcasesoccurredruptureofposteriorcapsule,andtheintraocularlensweresuccessfullyimplanted.Eighteencasesgotvisualacuitymorethan0.5postoperatively,16casesofpostoperativevisualacuitywas0.3-0.5,10casesofpostoperativevisualacuitywas0.1-0.3,4casesofpostoperativevisionwas0.05-0.1;12casesoccurredcornealedema,8caseshadanteriorchamberfibrinoidexudation,6casesnotroundpupil,6
