YZP series frequency speed control three-phase asynchronous motor

1.概述

YZP系列冶金及起重用变频调速三相异步电动机，用于驱动各种型式的起重机械及其他类似设备的专用产品；是以变频调速装置为供电电源的专用电动机。能与国内外各种变频装置配套，组成变频调速系统。电动机调速范围广、过载能力强、运行稳定、可靠、效率高。因此，它特别适用于那些短时或断续运行，频繁地起动、制动、有时过负荷及显著振动与冲击的设备。

2、使用条件

海拔不超过1000m能正常运行。F级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到40℃之间，H级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到60℃之间。相对湿度小于90%。

3、基本型式

标称电压：380V 基 频：50Hz，1-50Hz恒转矩调速，50-100Hz恒功率调速 防护等级：IP54 　 绝缘等级：F级或H级

冷却方式：风机冷却（IC416）

基准工作制：S3-40%

安装方式：B3（112~400）、B5（112~250）、V1（112~315）、B35（132~315）

定子接线方式：160及以下电机定子绕组为Y接法；180及以上电机定子绕组为△接法

注：根据用户要求，可带超温保护开关、防潮加热带、电磁制动器、编码器及超速开关等，可根据用户要求提供基频50Hz以下的电机。

风机必须由独立电源供电。

1. General

YZP series VVVF adjustable speed motors for metallurgy and crane are specially used for driving various cranes and other similarity equipment. The YZP series use frequency conversion adjustable speed power and can be used with various variable frequency units at home and abroad.. The YZP series have wide adjustable speed range, high overload capacity, high reliable, high efficiency. The YZP series are very suitable the machine which frequency start and stop or interrupted duty with starting, braking, inverse frequently.

2. Operation condition

The motor can run normally when the elevation not more than 1000m. The environment temperature for class F is from -20 to 40 Celsius degree，for H class from -20 to 60 Celsius degree. Relative humidity less 90%.

3. Base mode

rated voltage: 380V.

According to the agreement, the following are optional: over-temperature protection, dampproof heating belt, brake, rotary encoder, over-speed switch.

4． Cooling fan

Base frequency: 50Hz，

Base operating mode : S1

According to the demand of customer, we can provide centrifugal fan.

The power of drive motor shown in table1 and table 2.

Fan must be powered independently!

最大转矩/额定转矩为50Hz时的值，堵转转矩/额定转矩为1Hz时的值，与变频器设置有关。

This works can produce YZP112-160 non-ventilated motor (without fan) according to the requirements of the customers. The installation dimensions are same to the motor with fan.
