i don’t think it’s a very good idea to borrow money from a friend. it can cause resentment andawkwardness in the relationship. how do you approach your friend without making him feelhe has to do this for you? it’s unlikely he’ll feel as if he can turn you down. can be turn youdown without insulting you? probably not.

how do you know whether your friend can afford to lend you the money? he may beembarrassed to admit he’s a little short of funds himself. or he might not want to disappointyou. so he lends you the money and then he needs money, too.

there’s also the question of when you’ll pay back the loan. it’s awkward for your friend to askfor a deadline for repayment. besides, if you’re short of funds, you may not be able to predictwhen you’ll pay him back. what about interest on the loan? if it’s a small amount of money,this doesn’t matter. however, if large funds are involved, and you won’t be paying it back for awhile, should you offer to pay interest? should your friend ask you to pay interest? all theseissues can result in hurt feelings and can harm the friendship.

it’s possible, of course, that if you borrow money from a friend and pay it back in a timelyfashion, this will create a special bond between the two of you. you’ll know that you can counton your friend when you need help. he’ll know you’re trustworthy.

however, more often than not, money issues between friends are an embarrassment. if youneed money, it’ s better to go to a bank for a loan.

with time went by,the new generation need new classroom teaching methods.it is obvious that the old classroom teaching methods were not adapt for new generation students.

students have more desire during the class.first ,the new generation students hate boring class teaching methods which means the teacher solely teaching or writing words on blackboard while what students need to do is listening to the teacher “carefully”.this kind of teaching methods has a negative effect on most of the students.people who sit back the teacher usually use two words to describe this classroom teaching methods:boring and dull.in the new era,we should make change on classroom teaching.in the terms of the students,they need more freedom in the classroom.classroom should be a place where students can have chance to show themselves rather than perform deliberately.of course ,the freedom also need to be limited.secondly,learning is a autonomous process.the meaning of the teacher’s existence is leading students to learn.thirdly,the teachers should respect every student,different student has different attitude about learning,so it is not strange that you may see some students are listening to the class carefully while some are chatting or playing with others.hence,teachers are ought to observe every student’s features.the forth also the most important point is call on the students to participate in your discussion,which can stimulate the interest of learning.

while teaching the new generation student,teachers should use some new techniques to attract student’s attention.the new generation students are following the trend of the society,so it is intellectually for teachers to discuss some fashion topic with students.
