        [摘要]目的 探讨针对性指导在老年人肺功能检查中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取2018年1～4月在我院肺功能室接受检查的160例老年人作为研究对象，以指导方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各80例。对照组实施常规指导，观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性指导，比较两组的满意度和检查时间。结果 观察组总满意度为93.8%，明显高于对照组的77.5%，差异有统计学意义（P

        [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of targeted guidance in pulmonary function tests in the elderly. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients who accepted pulmonary function tests in our hospital from January to April in 2018 were randomly selected.
