苏州市12320预约挂号模式的探索与实践

【摘要】Appointment service is an effective way to reduce the difficulty in getting medical service. When carrying out appointment during see the doctor, online appointment, telephone appointment, mobile appointment, cable television appointment and other appointment modes must ensure the justice and fairness of the appointment service, put the convenience and ease of use in the first place. On the basis of administrating the unified online appointment platform and taking advantage of 12320 health hotline, Suzhou takes the project of municipal government named " one number "as an opportunity to create a new model on the service of appointment and set up the intensive platform of appointment. The platform unified the booking number source of eleven hospitals, realized real-name reservation and established a specific process about telephone appointment - self-help in number-taking - see the doctor - settle accounts. The measures improved the fairness of appointment service and made further convenience to the masses.%预约挂号是缓解看病难的有效方式，在推出诊间预约、网上预约、电话预约、手机预约、有线电视互动预约等众多预约模式时，我们必须坚持预约的公正与公平性，并把便捷性与易用性放在突出位置。苏州市在做好网上统一预约挂号平台的基础上，利用12320卫生热线，以市政府实事工程“一号通”为契机，创新预约挂号模式，建立了集约式电话预约挂号平台，统一市区11家医院的号源，实现实名制预约，明确电话预约-自助取号-就诊-结算的流程，提高了预约挂号公平性，进一步方便了群众。
