浅谈建筑经济管理

        摘要:社会物质文明的基础是基础建设，目前在计划经济体大条件下，我国建筑工程采用设计单位施工单位物质供应单位建设单位分工协作的体制，有效地进行建筑经济管理对国民经济的发展做出巨大贡献。本文通过在中承华宇建设集团有限公司观察总结，结合全国各地的施工企业对建筑经济管理中可能会出现的问题进行分析，提出有效地解决方案，来提高企业效益。

        Abstract: The foundation of social material civilization is the foundation of construction, at present in the planned economy condition, our country architectural engineering design unit material supply by construction unit construction units of work division and cooperation system, effectively building economic management in the development of the national economy to make great contributions to. In this paper, the Cheng Hua Yu construction group limited observation and summary, there may be management of the building construction enterprise with the economy throughout the analysis of the problems, propose effective solutions, to improve enterprise efficiency.
