How to Manage Stress

Stress is a kind of state that none of us can avoid. It makes us upset and nervous when we are under stress. As is known to us all, stress is a double-edged sword which may become helpful to us as long as we have learned how to deal with it properly.

Therere so many kinds of ways to go. Above all, we must acknowledge stress is something that cannot be steered clear of. Firstly, stress occurs when we run into some complex situations while there is not enough time or money for us to cope with it. I suggest we turn to our parents or friends for help on this occasion, for no one can become a hero without any help. In addition, it must be realized that complaining doesnt contribute to managing stress at all, the only thing we should do is figuring out what the key is and trying our best to solve it.

As for me, I always go for the former. Communication is the best way of gathering information and suggestions. But the premise is that we turn to others for ways of solving problems instead of pushing it off on them.

To sum up, managing stress is not an easy task, we should learn how to control before it becomes overwhelming.
