基于马克思主义理论的人力资源思想研究

        摘 要 在马克思经典著作中，蕴含着非常丰富的人力资源思想。这些思想观点从马克思对“劳动力”这一概念的解释和使用开始，在马克思的劳动价值理论、人的全面发展理论、人的价值学说等理论中得到了良好的体现，这些丰富的人力资源思想对于当代人力资源管理有着重要的启示作用。

        Abstract In Marx's classical writings， has the rich thoughts of human resources. These ideas start from Marx's explanation of the concept of "labor"， and good show in Marx's labor value theory， human's all-round development theory and human's value theory， the abundant thoughts of human resources has important implications for the contemporary human resources management.
