1. Prepare the material

Black fungus,pepper,pork,carrot,bamboo shoots ,onion,ginger,garlic

2. Cut them into shreds and cut onion,ginger,garlic up

3. Souse pork with salt,cooking wine,sugar,vinegar,soy sauce,starch

4. Fry pork
