年度公安个人工作总结200*年是紧张而愉快的一年，一年来，在区委、区政府和分局党委的统一领导下，我坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，认真贯彻执行党的十六大、十六届三中、四中全会精神，党中央国务院关于加强公安工作和公安队伍建设的重要指示，严格遵循《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进公安工作的决定》和第二十次全国公安会议精神，政治坚定、执法公正，努力为担负起巩固党的执政地位，维护国家长治久安，保障人民安居乐业的重大政治和社会责任做出应有的贡献。现将我一年来工作情况总结汇报如下：　　一、思想政治方面　　自己作为一名中国共产党党员，坚持以邓小平理论和江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想为指针，认真贯彻执行党的决议和有关精神，注重思想政治修养，通过不断学习和实践，树立无产阶级的世界观、人生观和价值观，时刻牢记并努力实践全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨，始终保持忠于党、忠于祖国、忠于人民的政治本色，并不断提高政治、理论、思想意识、职业道德、社会公德等方面的觉悟，不断改造自己的主观世界，努力争做一名政治思想过硬，业务能力强的新世纪、新阶段的公安民警。　　二、公安业务工作方面　　自己作为一名中国共产党党员，时刻牢记《党章》的规定。不但向身边的优秀共产党员学习，以他们为榜样，做到廉洁奉公、爱岗敬业、无私奉献。而且在工作、学习和生活中，始终想着自己所做的每一件事，都事关党员的形象，时刻约束自己。在实际工作中，时刻严格要求自己，严谨、细致、尽职尽则，努力做好本职工作，团结同志，认真完成各项任务指标，积极发挥党员的先锋模范作用。一年来，在所领导及同志们的关心帮助下，打击处理了一批违法犯罪嫌疑人，圆满完成了上级交给的各项工作任务，为派出所辖区的治安秩序稳固发展打下了坚实的基础。有力的净化了辖区社会风气。　　三、组织纪律方面　　今年以来，我将加强组织纪律意识贯穿到工作生活中。不仅是从小事做起，点滴做起，严格要求自己。更在日常生活中注意遵守各项规则制度，每一天上下班，每一次接处警，每一个案件办理，每一次接待群众，我都做到严格规范，坚持精益求精，不断提高对自身的要求，确保纪律严明，作风过硬。　　四、廉政建设方面　　在廉政建设中，我坚持做到廉洁自律，严格按照上级党委、政府的要求约束自己的一言一行。在工作学习生活中，牢记自己的党员和人民警察双重身份，不把自己混同于普通的老百姓，严格按照有关规定参加社交圈、生活圈、娱乐圈，自党维护党在群众在的良好形象。一年来，保证了无任何违法违纪行为。　　五、存在问题及下一步打算　　回顾一年的工作学习，检查自身存在的问题，我发现存在以下问题：一是学习不够。当前，以信息技术为基础的公安科技迅速发展，新情况新问题层出不穷，新知识新科学不断问世。面对严峻的挑战，缺乏学习的紧迫感和自觉性将不能适应新的要求。二是在工作压力大的时候，有过畏难情绪，这是自己政治素质不高，也是世界观、人生观、价值观解决不好的表现。　　针对以上问题，我为明年确定了努力方向是：一是加强理论学习，进一步提高自身素质。要适应新形式下公安工作的新要求，必须要通过对国家法律、法规以及相关政策的深入学习，增强分析问题、理解问题、解决问题的实际能力，二是增强大局观念，转变工作作风，努力克服自己的消极情绪，提高工作质量和效率，积极配合领导同事们把工作做得更好。三是打牢全心全意为人民服务的思想，脚踏实地的工作。时刻用周部长四句话为行动指南，以新世纪、新阶段的三大历史使命为己任，深入群众，虚心向人民群众学习，不断丰富警民关系，把为人民服务的宗旨观念落实到行动中去。　　诚然，在一年的工作中我有得也有失，但是我相信只要找准自身差距和不足，在领导的关心和同志们帮助下，就一定能创造性地开展公安执法工作，切实提高行政执法效率，真正成为一名便民、利民，保障人民安居乐业的合格警察。

　　俗话说“在孩子的嘴上和心中，母亲就是上帝。”当你快乐时，你会第一个想给她报喜;当你遇到困难时，你会第一个想到她，寻求她的帮助。她就是母亲，她的爱就是母爱。

　　记得有一次，天气特别晴朗。我伸了个懒腰，打了个哈欠。走到课桌前，准备写作业。妈妈走了过来，笑眯眯的说“妈妈上班去了，好好在家写作业呀!”我点了点头，大声而又自信的说:"放心吧，保证完成任务!”可现实却。。。。。。

　　正当我全心全意的把心思全部投入学习中，我的闺蜜便走到我身边说：“还写作业呢，明天写不行吗?我们去玩吧!”我摇了摇头说：“不行，我答应妈妈了，不能玩，必须完成作业!”她挥一挥手，不屑一顾地说：“那有什么，***妈下班很晚的，玩完在写作业也不迟呀。”我犹豫了片刻，最终还是被诱惑了。

　　过了一会，我热得满头大汗，怡然自乐的回到家，妈妈坐在椅子上，看到我回来时，大声呵斥到:"你去哪儿了，你写完作业了吗?”我摇了摇头，妈妈便生气的拿起旁边的小杆打了我的屁股，我大哭起来。一边哭，一边说：“我错了!我已后再也不敢了!“妈妈便把杆子一丢，走进了卧室。我看着我身上的伤痕，痛苦着抽噎着。我慢慢得推开妈妈卧室的门，走进去抱着  妈妈哭着说：”妈妈不要生气，我错了!“妈妈抚摸着我的头，哽咽着说："还疼吗?不哭了。我使劲的摇头。我和妈妈抱在一起，哭成一片。。。。。。。。

　　世界上的一切光荣和骄傲，都来自母亲——高尔基。我永远爱她，我的妈妈‘

在现实生活中，有的人工作岗位在办公室;有的人在机声隆隆的车间里;有的人工作岗位在三尺讲台上;可有这样一些人，街道就是他们的工作“战场”，他们把美丽的青春和辛勤的汗水奉献给了城市，从而赢得了城市“美容师”的称号!他们才是我最敬佩的人!

　　我所认识的这位清洁工阿姨，是清洁工队伍中最为普通的一位。她今年还不到五十岁，个子不高，黑瘦黑瘦，显得非常精干麻利，也许是因为风吹日晒的原因，无情的岁月把她乌黑的头发变成了一缕缕银发，看上去她要比实际年龄苍老许多。

　　她一年四季都穿着那身橘黄色的工作服，每天早晨天不亮，人们还在梦乡里，她就在大街上忙乎起来，“哗哗哗”的扫地声音，就像一首柔和的晨曲，在夜色里清脆悦耳，优美动听，美妙极了。阿姨负责的街道两旁，有不少饭店夜市，每天都有很多食品垃圾，她一扫帚一扫帚的清扫者，一扫帚紧挨一扫帚，生怕落下一片空间一张纸片，那姿势真是美极了，就像给自己的女儿梳理着秀发。汗水湿透了她的衣裳，手上磨起了鲜红的血泡，天放亮了，就像魔术师似的，她负责的街道变得干干净净，一尘不染。

　　有一次，天还没亮，我觉得口干难耐，便想下楼去找水喝，轻轻撩开窗帘，淡淡的月光撒在我的床上，我看到街上有一个黑影在晃动，还以为是贼呢!定睛一看，那不是清洁工阿姨吗?橘黄色的马甲一亮一闪，她挥动着扫把，“唰唰”的扫着，那身段一弯一扭，节奏明快，异曲同工，像跳街舞似的。

　　还记得一个冬天的傍晚，我出去买东西，北风肆虐的咆哮着，犹如一只受惊的野马，四处冲杀。此时地上下起了一层薄薄的白雪，尽管我身上捂得严严实实，但是刺骨的寒风像一把锋利的尖刀，还是不住的刺在我的身上脸上。路上的行人渐渐稀少，我的双脚“吃吃”的踩在白皑皑的雪地上，心里想，这么滑的路，可千万别摔倒了!我小心翼翼的走着，当走到一个拐弯处，看见了那位清洁工阿姨，她正低着头扫着街道。她还是穿着那件工作服，头上戴着一顶能盖住耳朵的帽子，脸颊冻得黑红黑红，仿佛用手一碰，就会要炸裂似的。

　　阿姨佝偻着腰，认真的扫着雪，我走过去说：“阿姨，这么冷的天，这么晚了，不会来人检查的，你该下班了，等明天一早来扫不行吗?”阿姨却一脸严肃地说：“那不中(河南话：“不行”的意思)，这是我的工作，再说这快要到下夜班了，如果路上不扫净，上下班的人骑着车子一不小心滑到摔伤了咋办?”我站了一会，看到阿姨的嘴里哈着一阵阵热气，豆粒般的汗珠从她黑瘦的脸颊上滚落下来……

　　我买完东西，回头走在这刚刚被阿姨清扫过的路面上，心里总也高兴不起来，心里想，在这严寒的冬日，人们都在家闭门不出生火取暖，生怕感冒，而清洁工阿姨这些人，为了城市的美丽，市民的安康，却在外边顶风冒雪，不畏严寒，加班加点，默默的奉献，无怨无悔，他们是多么可爱啊!

　　从那以后，我对清洁工们愈发尊重，如果有人问我，当今谁是最可爱的人，我会毫不迟疑的大声告诉你：清洁工们当之无愧!一首歌，一个回忆，我不小心走进了青春的鸿沟，喜欢带耳机，听那一首《老男孩》感受青春的魅力。——题记

　　如果说人生是五彩缤纷的，那么青春必是其中最绚丽的一抹，如果说人生是动静交融的，那么青春必是其中活力四射的一份。

　　每个人都拥有青春，青春很漫长，也很短暂，在人生长河中，青春是一个分界线，如果没有把握好，那么逆流将会把你冲进无底深渊。所以，我要把把握好和青春的约会，迎着逆流，勇往直前。

　　约会青春，需要勇气，约会青春，需要耐心。

　　当年，楚霸王项羽，在青春的分界线前，毅然练武，走上了反秦的道路。年轻气盛，勇往直前，终于打败暴秦。我感到，这世界不能没有你。

　　世界需要你，青春，虽然你让许多人坠落深渊，但也有许多人战胜了你，使他们成为一代豪杰。

　　错过的，就不会再回来，时光不会倒流，和青春的约会只有一次，过去了就没有了青春年少时的热血，正如《老男孩》里唱的：“青春如同奔流的江河，一去不回来不及告别，只留下麻木的我，没有了当年的热血。看那满天的飘落的花朵，在最美丽的时候凋谢，有谁会记得，这世界他来过……。。

　　我和青春有个约会。约会青春，在人生的鸿沟前，我不再犹豫，约会青春，正和学习拼杀，虽没有刀光剑影，但也寒气逼人，在青春的感染下，我不在踌躇，而是跃马挺刀，冲杀在习题中间，场场胜利，常常进步。

　　我和青春有个约会。把握好这一次约会。青春的指南针就会深深烙在我的心上，给迷路的我们指明了前进的方向。

　　青春，你们的沉默让人冷静，你的低调让人佩服，在这高调的世界里需要你来降温。

　　都说，我和你的约会是成功的，你觉得呢?

高效学习方法和技巧

学习需要方法，找到适合自己的方法，学习才能事半功倍。接下来，我结合我自己的学习情况，给大家总结的高效学习《五部曲》

一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习，考试前充分地复习，与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道。预习效果好，听课才能有针对性；听课有针对性，复习才能顺利进行；复习深刻，作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。　

　　二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课，是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时，思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致，听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理；听老师解决问题是用什么方法、技巧；听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中，要把自己在预习中的理解，和老师讲解的相比较，看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别点。　

　　三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现，有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆：一是学习后最初几分钟内，电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成；二是学习后在48小时内复习；三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化，采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习，那么复习的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明：在学习仅过了20分钟后，就忘记记忆内容的42%，1天后忘却量已经达到了66%，到了第31天，忘却量高达79%。他根据实验结果，画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们，—定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行复习，以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记，否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了，只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要，制定复习计划，严格按精英特计划执行，并力求形成习惯，是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。　我们为什么要复习呢？因为我们记忆效果没有那么好，不可能过目不忘，所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时，复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。　

　　四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧：

　　1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键，只有复习得好，作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业，作业才能做得既快又好。

　　2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的—步就是审题，连题都判断错了，作业内容就全错了。首先第—步要弄清楚题目的内容，所给的条件，什么要求，需要联系哪些知识等等；其次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤，要善于把—道题分成几部分，化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的联系，设计好整个解题步骤，—定要让自己做到不明白题意不做题，不清楚方法步骤不下笔。

　　3、细心的做题。 做题是表达思路的全过程，这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题，书写格式必须正确、规范，严格按照各类题的解题要求，仔细演算解题的每—步，得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致，步骤完整，思路正确，表达严密，准确无误，考试时才能按照这种良好的习惯进行

　　五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中，同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象
