1、高层会议Manager meeting

*介绍社会责任相关要求、咨询计划及协助工厂指定相关负责人

Introduction requirement of social responsibility audit, assistance plan and make sure related person in charge.

2、全面审查Comprehensive review

*通过检验相关文件、现场检查及访问员工和管理层，找出工厂与标准要求之间的差距，所涉及内容包括：未适龄劳工、强迫劳动、工资工时、福利、歧视、纪律、雇员代表、法律要求文件；消防安全、生产安全、环境卫生、医疗及保安等。

Conduct audit to find out distance between factory’s status and standard requirement. Including Non-age worker,forced labor,wages and working hours, welfare,discrimination,discipline,

staff representatives, local laws,fire safety,production safety,environmental health,medical treatment,security,etc.
