浅谈工会组织在电力企业和谐发展中的作用

摘要:随着我国现代社会市场经济的不快速发展，如何加强电力企业工会组织的自身建设，充分发挥其职能作用，为企业改革、发展和稳定的大局服务，是目前电力企业工会组织和党政部门面前的一个重要课题。本文主要针对电力企业工会组织在企业和谐发展中所起到的作用进行分析论述，仅供参考。

Abstract: along with the modern social market economy not rapid development, how to strengthen the electric power enterprise labor union organization’s self building, give full play to its function, for enterprise reform, development and stability of the overall interests of service, is the electric power enterprise unions and party and government department of before an important issue.
