自去年进入公司以来，作为商务部专员的我提成方案是商务部整体毛利润的1%，在自己的努力与公司的肯定下7月升为商务部经理，提成方案依然是1%但是需要扣除17个点税的净利润的情况下同时扣去销售人员的10%提成后的商务部利润的1%，实际提成的百分点在减低。先向公司申请提成方案为商务部利润的2%。目前我的底薪依然为主管底薪，先向公司申请能享有部门经理待遇的底薪。
