        摘 要 “互联网+医疗”模式是大势所趋，医疗服务体系在宏观和微观层面上的各个环节都在互联网的影响下发生着变革、升级和转型，更优质、更理性、更科学的医疗服务体系新生态正在悄然形成。但在“互联网+医疗”的发展过程中仍存在一些问题，需要通过加强相关立法和政策引导并制定科学的监管体系来解决，这样才能促进“互联网+医疗”的持续、健康的发展。

        “Internet+ medical” mode： the impact and challenges of E-health service system

        ABSTRACT “Internet+ medical” mode is a general trend. Medical service system at all levels of the macro and micro aspects has been changing， transforming and upgrading under the influence of this mode and the new ecology of more advanced， more rational and more scientific health care system is quietly formed. However， there are still a lot of problems in the development of E-health service system， which would be solved by strengthening the relevant legislation and policy guidance and developing a scientific regulatory system. So the sustained and healthy development of “internet+ medical” system can be promoted in this way.
