第一章

Chapter 1 Summarization

本手册的编制目的是为了更好的帮助用户安全、正确的操作、使用船舶,让用户满意。本手册向用户全面介绍了船上各部分设备、技术指标及维护保养措施等。本手册的编制是基于随船完工图纸、各设备使用说明书及保养手册上完成的, 其主要内容须参照完工图纸及各设备的使用说明书及保养手册查看。

Preparation of this manual is intended to help user safe and correct operate and use ship, to user satisfaction. This manual fully introduces the ship equipments, technical indicators and maintenance measures, etc to the user. Preparation of this manual is based on the completed with drawings, the equipment operation instruction and maintenance manual, its main contents shall refer to completed drawings and the equipment operation instruction and maintenance manual.

请用户在使用船舶前认真参阅这份使用手册,且严格按照此手册使用、操作船舶,并将这本手册保存在安全的地方,以免遗失。在需要的情况下,我们乐于提供这些资料的副本。

操作船舶,必须了解船舶的操纵性能,包括船舶的稳性、航速、舵效、船的风阻、船的航态及航向稳定性、倒车的制动距离、惯性等。此外,还要熟悉船舶行驶的区域的潮汐、水流、沙障、岩石等航道条件及风、雾、气温、水温等条件对船舶的影响。不断实践,提高船舶的操作(技)能,达到安全行驶、作业的目的。

When operating ships,you must understand the ship’s maneuvering performance, including the ship's stability, speed, steering, wind resistance of the ship, the ship's navigation state and course stability, reverse braking distance, inertia, etc. Also, you should be familiar with the tides, currents, sandy, rock and so on channel condition and the influence of the wind, fog, temperature, water temperature and other conditions on the ship sailing area. 本手册中所涉及的,如因为船员对基本操作和维修保养知识的不足将会明显减少船舶及各部设备的使用寿命,导致对人身、船体及设备的损害,甚至会导致灾难性的后果。

用户有责任把所有的安全设备存放在一个安全易接近的地方,并定期检查更换过期设备。

船上所有人员必须熟悉所有安全设备如:消防设备、救生设备、信号设备、助渔助航设备等的位置,并且能够快速、正确使用它们。

All personnel must be familiar with the location of all the safety equipment such as fire fighting equipment, rescue equipment, signal equipment and the fishery navigation equipment, and can quickly and correctly use them.

船在开动航行期间,尽量不要在舷侧过道上行走,因为波浪产生巨大的加速度,会导致人员的危险。船员在船舶航行时或作业时,请保持救生设备的佩戴,以保证人员安全。

During the ship sailing, don't walk on the boardside walkway as far as possible, because the waves produce a great acceleration, can lead to dangerous. When the ship is sailing or working, please keep wearing the life-saving equipment, to ensure the safety of the staff.

当在船的附近有人时,启动主机并航行时应使人员远离危险区域。

If there is people near the boat, people should keep away from dangerous areas when start main engine and sailing.

不要在停泊时长时间打开发动机:因为这样会导致污染空气并且会损坏机器和齿轮箱。

Don't open the engine for long time when mooring: because it will lead to air pollution and damage to the machine and gear box.

要根据海况的不同来控制船舶航行速度,避免对船上的系统及人员造成不必要的伤害。

According to the different sea condition to control the ship speed, avoid unnecessary damage to the system and personnel onboard.

第三章 出航标准

Chapter 3 Sailing Standard

船体及主要设备处于良好状态:

Hull and main equipment in good condition:

1. 装载合理,符合船舶的出航要求,特别是在空载出港时;

第四章 船体说明

Chapter 4 Hull Instruction

.类型、用途和航区 Type, purpose and navigating zone

1.1本船为玻璃钢结构、折角型线、单甲板、单底、长尾楼,首部设升高甲板、尾纵倾、舯前鱼舱,单桨、单舵、尾机型金枪鱼延绳钓渔船。

This tuna longliner boat is fiberglass reinforced plastic construction. Knuckle line, single deck, single bottom, long poop deck, the bow is set raised deck, fish hold is front of midship, single propeller, single rudder, engine room is at back part.

1.2本船鱼舱为-60深冷保存,渔获物先经-60速冻舱速冻后移至渔舱保存。鱼舱均采用玻璃钢内胆结构。

This vessel fish hold is 60 deep frozen, the fish goods is frozen in the 60 quick frozen tank first, then kept in fish hold. Fish hold use FRP liner construction.

2.航速 Speed

本船在新船状态、无污底、蒲氏风力不大于三级时、设计试航航速约12节。

Designed sea trial speed is 12KN at the new boat condition, without fouling bottom and Beaufort wind force no more than 3 grade.

3.自持力 Endurance

本船淡水、粮食等日用品可为22人供应60天作业使用。

The fresh water and food can be supplied for 22 persons for 60 days consumption.

4.稳性和干舷 stability and freeboard

4.1本船在各种合理装载情况下的完整稳性均满足《渔业船舶法定检验规则(2000)》中对Ⅰ类航区(不计结冰)作业的延绳钓渔船的要求。

The stability of this vessel under various reasonable load conditions meets the requirement for longliner working in I sailing area in the standard of< Regulations for fishing vessel statutory inspection (2000) .

5.定员 Crew

本船定员为22人,有关设备按22人配备。

The crew member is 22 person, the relative equipment is installed based on 22 crew.

6.船体布置 Hull arrangement

6.1主船体:主船体在#0#3#6#25#34#40#46#51#56#61肋位处设舱壁,将主船体从尾至首分成燃油舱、机舱、鱼舱、鱼舱兼油舱、艏尖舱(兼淡水舱)。机舱后部设燃油舱,#14#21设主机1台,主机两侧设付机发电机组各1台,机舱前部设储液器。

Main hull: There are bulkheads on #0#3#6#25#34#40#46#51#56#61 rib position. The main hull from stem to stern is divided into fuel tank, engine room, fish hold, fish hold combined with fuel tank, fore peak tank(also for fresh water tank). There fuel oil tank at the rear of engine rom. #14#21 is set one main engine. There are two generator units on both sides of main engine. There is reservoir in front of engine room.

6.2尾楼:尾楼长度从尾至#41,内部分别为尾~#3为饵料鱼舱,#3#10右舷为轮机长室,左舷为轮机员室,中间后部为储物室和楼梯,前部设淡水柜1个。#10#23为辅机舱,内设冷冻机6台,日用油柜1个,配电板系统1套,各管路阀组等。#23#41为速冻间,其中#29#41中间设缓冲间。

6.2 poop deck: Length of poop deck is from tail to #41. From tail #3 is bait fish hold, #3#10 starboard is chief engineer room, portside is marine engineer room, back of center is storage room and stairs. There is one fresh water tank in the fron. #10#23 is auxiliary engine room, inside there are 6 refrigerators, one daily oil tank, and equipped with one set of distribution panel system and each pipeline and valves. #23#41 is quick-freeze roomin the middle of #29#41 is buffer room.

6.3露天甲板:#41#61为露天甲板,甲板前部设单滚筒钓机1左前部分别是前绞机动力站、后为钓机动力站

Exposed deck: #41#61 is exposed deck. There is one single reel spool on the front of deck,there are respectively winch power station(front) and fishing machine power station(back) on the left and front of the deck.

6.4首楼:#61~首为首楼甲板,其中#61#66左右均分2个冷藏舱,#66~首为锚缆舱(之间安装一台绞锚车)

Forecastle: #61forehead is forecastle deck. Among #61#66, there are respectively two refrigeration rooms on left and right side, #66forehead is anchor cable room(installing one anchor winch between forecastle deck and anchor cable room).

6.5甲板室:甲板室位于尾楼甲板#3#38,甲板室两侧为走廊,后部为工作甲板。#3#12右侧为餐厅和厨房,左侧渔具间、冷藏舱及储物间。#12#17+250为机舱天棚围蔽,设不锈钢栅栏作为平台。#17+250#30为两个船员舱,内设双人床铺8个。#30#34为船长室,左侧设单人床1个,右侧设卫生间及淋浴间1个,中间设写字桌1张。#34#38+250mm为驾驶室,前部设驾控台,其上设各种通讯、导航仪器设备。驾驶室前部甲板平台处设10kN起绳机1台,用于起吊渔

Deck house: Deck house is located poop deck #3#38. Two sides of deck house are corridors, back part is working deck. #3#12 right side is dining room and galley, left side is fishing tackle room, refrigeration room and storage room. #12#17+250 is engine room ceiling coaming. Stainless steel fence is as platform. #17+250#30 are two crew rooms, there are 8 double beds inside. #30#34 is captain room, leftside is one single bed and right side is one wash room and one shower room, the middle is one desk. #34#38+250mm is wheel house, forepart is control board, which are equipped with various navigation and communication instruments and equipment. There is one rope hoisting machine (10kN ) on the deck platform in front of wheel house for lifting fish products.

.船体结构 Hull structure

船体结构设计按照中华人民共和国渔业船舶检验局《玻璃纤维增强塑料渔业船舶建造规范(2008)》进行。

The hull structure is designed according to the standard of < Glass fiber reinforced plastics fishing vessel construction specification (2008)"

原材料选择中国船级社认可的船用无碱玻璃纤维、船用树脂等。

The raw material choose alkali-free glass fiber and marine resin which are approved by CCS.

基准肋距500mm,梁拱140mm

Standard frame spacing is 500mmcamber is 140mmm.

.舾装设备 Outfittings

1.锚泊、系泊设备 Anchoring and mooring equipment

本船锚泊、系泊设备均按《玻璃纤维增强塑料渔业船舶建造规范(2008)》要求配备,配两爪锚二只(一只作备用),每只重300kg

The boat anchoring and mooring equipment are both equipped accoridng to . The boat is equipped with 2 pcs of two claws anchor(one for spare use),each weight is 300KG.

锚索用φ18.5×250m钢丝绳2(配一段1电焊有档锚链AM1-φ19×10m),系船索配φ30×110m丙纶绳2根。导缆钳A100-2只,单柱带缆桩A160-6,拖带桩1只。

Anchor cable uses two φ18.5×250m steel wires (with a piece of welded stud link chain AM1-φ19 x 10m), the mooring line uses two φ30 x 110m polypropylene ropes. Two A100 chocks, six A100 Single-column bitt, 1 towing pile.

2.舵设备 Rudder equipment

本船舵采用平板加筋结构,舵面积为2.258m2

The boat rudder is flat plate structure with stiffeners, area of rudder is 2.258m2 .

本船选用16KN.m摆缸式液压舵机一台。

One tilt cylinder hydraulic rudder with 16KN.m

3.救生设备 life-saving equipment

1 ZODIAC ZMEC 25人气胀式救生筏1, 带静水压力释放器。 One ZODIAC ZMEC TOB 25p inflatable life raft, with Hammer HRU.

2 救生衣25件,其中3件作为工作救生衣 25pcs lifejacket. 3 of them are working lifejacket.

3 救生圈4只,其中一只带自亮灯,一只带救生浮索4pcs lifebuoy,one of them with self ligniting light, one with life floating rope.

4 火箭降落伞火焰信号8只。Rocket parachute flare signal: 8pcs.

4.消防设备 Fire fighting apparatus

1 机舱设消防水龙带及箱1套,消防水带长10m配水柱、水雾两用枪头1个;主甲板设消防水龙带及箱1套,消防水带长20m,配水柱、水雾两用枪头1个。

One set of fire hose and tank in engine room. The length of fire hose is 10m, with one water column and water spray dual-purpose gun head; main deck is set one set of fire hose and tank, the length of fire hose is 20m, with one water column and water spray dual-purpose gun head.

2 机舱设9L手提式泡沫灭火器6个。

6 pcs of 9L portable foam extinguishers in engine room.

3 驾驶室、起居室设5kg手提式干粉灭火器6个。

6pcs of 5kg portable dry powder extinguishers in wheel house and living room.

4 辅机舱设手提式泡沫枪装置1套,5kg二氧化碳泡沫枪装置1套。

One set of portable foam extinguisher and one set of 5kg CO2 foam gun device in auxiliary engine room.

5 机舱设消防员装置1套。

One set of firefighter device in engine room.

6 机舱、辅机舱各设应急呼吸器1套。

One set of emergency breathing equipment is respectively set in engine room and auxiliary engine room.

5.舱面属具 Hull fitting

5.1 Door

1 驾驶甲板:Navigation deck:

驾驶室左、右两侧配铝质水密外开门,开口700×1550;船长室配木质里开门600×1800,船长室卫生间及淋浴间配木质外开门。甲板室后部渔具间及厨房配铝质推拉门,开口700×1500;甲板室两侧门均为铝质风雨密外开门,开口为700×1550650×1550

Aluminum weathertight out-opening door on left and right sides of wheel house, opening sieze: 700×1550. Wood inwards opening door 600×1600 in captain room. Wash room and shower room in captain room are wood out-opening door. Deckhouse back part fishing gear room and galley are aluminum sliding door, opening size: 700×1500. Two sides of deck house are all alumiunm weathertight out-opening doors, opening size is 700×1550 and 650×1550.

2 主甲板上 Main deck

轮机长室、轮机船员室、储藏室设木质平开门600×1600。速冻舱外部设保温门800×1000,速冻间内部设保温门800×1200。首部冷藏舱设保温门800×1500舷墙处配向里开不锈钢舷墙门。

Chief engineer room, engineer room and storage room are wood vertical hinged door 600×1600. Outside of quick-freeze room is insulation door 800×1000. Inside quick-freeze room is insulation door 800×1200. Stem refrigeration room is insulation door 800×1500. Bulwark is equipped with opening inwards stainless steel door.

5.2(材料为铝合金) Windows ( Aluminium alloy)

驾驶室前端壁中间1扇配固定窗650×650, 带旋转雨雪清除器;左、右两边各配2扇外上翻矩形窗600×650;剩余两扇为固定窗650×650。船长室两侧各设提窗450×650。两船员舱两侧各设固定窗400×530。厨房右舷设2个舷窗,渔具间左舷设1个舷窗。

Middle of front wall of wheel house is 1 fixed window 650×650, with clear view screen . Both left and right sides are respectively two out-upper rectangle windows 600×650. Remaining two windows are fixed type 650×650. Both sides of captain room are lifting windows 450×650. Both sides of two crew rooms are fixed windows 400×530. Galley right wall is set two portholes, fishing gear room portside is set one porthole.

5.3舱口盖 hatch cover

首尖舱设500×500铝质舱口盖1只;全船各燃油舱、淡水舱等设钢质人孔盖B450×350,共12只;各鱼舱舱口内配玻璃钢保温盖,外配玻璃钢舱口外盖。

Forepeak is provided with 1 aluminium hatch cover 500×500. Each fuel tank and fresh water tank are provided with steel manhole cover B450×350, totally 12 pcs; Each fish hold is provided with FRP insulation cover inside and FRP hatch cover outside.

6.栏杆、扶手 railing and armrest

全船栏杆扶手采用304L不锈钢制作

The railing and armrest of the boat adopt 304L stainless steel.

.舱室隔热 Cabin insulation

所有居住舱室及驾驶室的隔热材料采用50mm岩棉填充。

All the insulation material in the living cabin and wheel house is rock wool. Thickness is about 50mm.

鱼舱、速冻舱、冷冻舱室隔热材料采用自熄型聚氨脂现场发泡。

The insulation material in the fish hold, quick-freeze cabin and refrigeration cabin are self-extinguish polyurethane foaming sprayed at site.

.防火处理 Fireproof treatment

机舱、辅机舱防火处理:肋骨暴露处、油柜暴露面采用防火岩棉板包覆。其它机舱暴露玻璃钢板面做玻璃钢防火阻燃层。机舱暴露电缆采用阻燃塑料管套装。

Fireproof treatment in engine room and auxiliary engine room: Fireproof rock wool board must be covered at rib exposure and oil tank exposure surface. Other FRP exposure surface adopt FRP fireproof antiflaming layer in engine room. Exposed cable is covered by antiflaming plastic pipe in engine room.

舱室防火处理:船员舱、船长室、驾驶室等装修采用防火板。厨房灶台四周内部骨架处填充防火岩棉,外部铺设防火板,最外一层采用0.8mm不锈钢包覆。

Cabin fireproof treatment: crew room, captain room, wheel house are decorated with fire-proof plate. The galley stove around internal skeleton is filled with fire proof rock wool, external is laid fire proof board. The 0.8mm stainless steel is covered for the outer layer.

.渔捞设备布置 Fishing equipment layout

在前甲板安装单滚筒钓机1台,液压泵站安装在舷墙与前艏升高甲板处,钓机动力站一个绞机和锚绞机共用1个泵站。船艉部设投绳机1台,投绳机与收绳机共用一个液压泵站驱动。钓鱼干绳通过滑轮组收放线,收回的绳索绕卷于收绳机滚筒上,在前甲板右侧升高甲板舷墙角处安装1个不锈钢圆钢起线导向滑轮固定桩,再通过驾驶室前固定导向滑轮卷入起线机;放线时通过中间导向滑轮,经过驾驶室上部导线管进入投绳机。驾驶室内设艉部渔捞监控器一套,供船长监视艉部渔捞作业。

One single reel spool fishing machine is installed on front deck, hydraulic pump station is installed between bulwark and forecastle raised deck,there is one fishing machine power station on boat; reel spool and anchor machine share one pump station. One line setting machine is equipped on the stern, line setting manchine and line collecting machine share one hydraulic pump station. Fishing line is set and collected through blocks, the collected line is winded on the collecting machine roller. One stainless steel(round steel) line guiding pulley fixed pile is installed at front deck right side-- raised deck bulwark corner, then through the fixed guiding pulley in front of wheelhosue rolled into line setting machine; when setting lines, through the middle guiding pulley, passing the wiring duct on upper part of wheelhouse into the setting machine. There is one set of stern fishing monitor inside wheelhouse, for the captain monitoring stern fishing work.

九、玻璃钢船体的使用及维修保养

1. 玻璃钢渔船特性:玻璃钢是以树脂为基体、玻璃纤维为增强材料复合而成的,它具有质轻高强,耐腐蚀,抗老化,使用寿命长,维修费用低等特点。玻璃钢渔船充分利用了玻璃钢这些特性,同样具有了以上玻璃钢所具有的特点,而且他还具有抗风能力强,稳性好,装载量大等特有优势。

FRP fishing boats characteristics: glass fiber reinforced plastic is made up of resin and glass fiber, it has light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, long service life and low maintenance cost. FRP fishing boats make full use of the FRP these features, also has the characteristics of the above glass fiber reinforced plastic, and he also has the ability to resist the strong wind, good stability, large load, ect. advantages.

2. 玻璃钢渔船的使用:虽然玻璃钢渔船具有钢质船无法比拟的优点,但也存在不耐磨这一缺陷,因此在使用过程中应注意以下事项:a停靠码头和停靠其它船只时,要加好防碰垫,避免尖锐物体与船体接触,防止划伤表面胶衣层。 b作业时避免钢缆或其他尖锐金属磨损玻璃钢。 c当发现防磨舾装件损坏时,应及时更换。 d需要拖曳其它船只时,如果使用钢缆,应将钢缆与船体接触点隔离开。 e上坞清除海生物时,避免使用尖锐物体,防止将船体胶衣层划伤。 f船只不要停坐在浅滩上,以免损坏舭龙骨。

The use of FRP fishing boats: Although the FRP fishing boat has the advantages of steel ship can't compare with, but there is also defect which is not hard wearing, so in use process should pay attention to the following items: A: docking and closing to other ships, add fenders, avoid sharp objects contacting with the hull, prevent the scratch on the surface of gel layer. B. avoid cables or other sharp wearing FRP metal when working. C. when found wear outfitting pieces damaged should be replaced in a timely manner. D. when dragging the other ships, if you use the wire rope, wire rope should be isolated from the contact points of the hull. E. on the dock clearing the sea creatures, avoid to use sharp objects, prevent scratching hull gel layer. F. ships don't stop on a shoal, so as not to damage the bilge keel.
