妊娠早期血清学筛查预测妊娠结局的临床价值

        【摘;要】 近年来，随着二胎政策的开放及社会环境的多元化，异常妊娠的发生率显著提高，给患者及家属带来身心伤害，因此早期准确识别异常妊娠并积极干预具有重要意义。血清学指标预测早期妊娠结局的敏感性及特异性较高，具有重要临床价值。本文作者就近年来报道的血清学指标预测早期妊娠结局的研究结果进行综述。

        [Abstract] In recent years， with the opening of the second-child policy and the diversification of the social environment， the incidence of abnormal pregnancy has increased significantly， causing certain physical and mental harm to patients and their families. Therefore， it is of great significance to accurately identify abnormal pregnancy and actively intervene in the early stage. Serum Indicators predict the early pregnancy outcomes with high sensitivity and specificity， and have important clinical value. In this paper， the results of the early pregnancy outcomes reported by serological indicators reported in recent years are reviewed.
