浅议施工企业项目实施策划书的编制要点

        摘要： 项目实施策划书是施工企业完成各项管理目标的指导性和纲领性文件。同时作为策划书编制的责任人的项目负责人，要通过施工调查、分析，确定管理目标、优化施工方案、编制成本计划和保证措施等，指导项目主要管理者完成各项管理目标。

        Abstract： The planning book about the project implementation is a guidance and programmatic document that used to complete all the management objectives， and at the same time the project leader who mainly responsible for working out the planning book， must through the construction survey and analysis， determines the management goal， optimizes the construction scheme， reparates the plan and guarantee measures and so on， and directs the key management to complete all the management objectives.
