正方（陈述）：First let me explain what is natural disasters : Natural disasters means the anomaly occurred in the nature. it include floods, droughts, earthquakes, windstorms and so on. from these we can see that most of them are the punishment for humanity's destruction of nature .Human survival and development of the Earth's environment has led to the environment worse, the earth's animal and plant are reducing, which are necessary for human survival. What’s worse ,the climate has changed a lot as a result of human activity. Human more want to overcome nature, the more subject to nature's counterattack.

首先让我解释什么是自然灾害：自然灾害是指自然界中所发生的异常现象。它包括洪水，干旱，地震，风灾等。从这些我们可以看到，他们中的大多数都是对人类破坏行为的惩罚。对地球环境的人类的生存和发展具有LED的环境恶化，地球上的动物和植物的减少，这是人类生存所必需的。更糟糕的是，气候由于人类活动改变了很多。人越想战胜自然，更受到大自然的反击。

1反方（陈述）：We believe that as long as technology can be advanced enough, we can do much for the nature disasters. We say that the defeat is not forced to rely on the strength of contrary to the laws of nature. Ever since human beings come into being, we had never stopped the action to put our feet on each inch of land we can find.

我们相信，只要能足够先进的技术，我们可以做很多的自然灾害。我们说，失败不是被迫依靠违反自然规律的力量。自从人类诞生，我们从未停止行动，把我们的脚上，我们能找到的每一寸土地。

正方（）：We know, happened a lot of natural disasters recently, such as WenChuan earthquake, Japan tsunami, see that they create the loss, in the face of disaster, we have the ability to resist? 我们知道，发生了很多的自然灾害，近年来，如汶川地震，日本的海啸，看到他们造成的损失，在灾难面前，我们有能力抵抗？

2反方（）：WenChuan earthquake killed more than 60000, because human technology isn't advanced enough. We think we can reduce the loss as long as human technology advanced enough. Do you agree? Thank you.

正方）：Can it indicate that man can conquer the nature? In the several millions of years from human birth, but we still suffer a lot when the disaster comes, why? Is there a disaster which people know before it happens and prevent it? Thank you.

它表明，人能征服自然？在数百万年里从人类诞生，但我们仍然遭受了很多当灾难来临的时候，为什么？就在它发生之前和预防灾难，人知道吗？谢谢你.

3反方（）： It is true that we suffer a lot in the several millions of years from human birth. But while human developing, we can do more and more for the natural disasters. Do you agree? Thank you.

正方（）：There are some effects, but only a little. We can do something because of it is not big enough. If someday it takes a disaster which like bring the dinosaur dying out, what can we do? And how can we do after we all killed.
