基层医院院内感染管理存在的问题与对策分析

        [摘要] 医院感染已成为威胁人们健康的一个重要因素，它不仅关系到患者愈后的情况，还可能加重患者病情，容易产生医疗纠纷。当前，基层医院院感管理工作面临着新的形势，加之医务工作者缺乏院感管理意识，导致很多环节存在一定的隐患。如何有效开展院感工作，加强对医院感染发生的控制，提高医疗质量，成为各基层医院面临的一个重要课题。本文主要结合自身院感实际工作，分析基层医院院感管理存在的问题，并探讨解决措施。

        [Abstract] Hospital infection is an important factor that threatens people's health， it is not only related to the patient's prognosis， but also may aggravate the patient's condition， also prone to medical disputes. At present， The management of hospital management in the basic level hospitals is facing a new situation， but some medical workers are lack of management consciousness， this lead many aspects of the existence of a certain risk. How to carry out the work effectively， and strengthen the control of hospital infection， improve the medical quality become an important issue in the primary hospitals. In this paper， we mainly discuss the problems in the management of primary hospital， and explore some of the solutions.
