雅思口语考试情况全程实录

我是7月30日在石家庄信息职业学院参加的口语考试，第一次考还挺新鲜的，现把自己考试全过程努力回忆并记录下来，虽然有的记不清了，有的不太准确，如果考过了也算给自己留个纪念，如果万一考不好也是给自己留个记忆为下次积累点经验。

我是提前一天开车到的石家庄，住在了离考点最近的唐宁汇酒店。可能石家庄是考的最早的，上午在网上蹲了一上午也没见有发帖的，又不太想去现场蹲，于是在酒店自己练习。下午提前50分钟到达考场，等待照相，然后被工作人员带路到了楼上考场外。用探测器扫描身体时，工作人员一边不熟练的扫一边尴尬的情不自禁的笑，说是新手不会扫。扫完坐到房间门口蓝色椅子上等待。做了8个深呼吸，别人都进去了，只有我还在等待，又等了一会才终于见到那个白人小伙，问我有没有带手机等不该带的东西，然后请我进，我请他进，他请我进，我才进。考官约30多，不爱笑，比较严肃，两小臂有纹身，都是汉字，其中右手臂是繁体字梦，左手臂忘记了。请我坐下后他开始说话，貌似他叫Frank。

Frank对着录音笔一阵录音，什么时间谁对谁进行测试，说完后把录音笔放在我的面前，正式开始对话。其中他用英语说到我的名字，发音还挺准确的。

Frank：What’s your full Name?

Me: My full name is XXX

Frank: Are you studying or Working now?

Me: I am working in a college.

Frank: What’s your job?

Me: I am a teacher.

Frank: Do you like your job?

Me: Yes, definitely, I love my job very much. You know I have works as a teacher for more than 10 years. As a teacher, teaching, is very interesting and I feel good together with students always, which makes me feel young.

Frank: Do you like working in the morning or evening?

Me: (not quite clear) You mean…?

Frank: Do you like working in the morning or evening?

Me: Oh, I guess morning.

Frank: Why?

Me: Because in the morning, I feel quite energetic and passionful.

Frank: Ok. Let’s talk something about computer. Do you like to use computer?

Me: Yeah, I like it very much.

Frank: When did you begin to use computer?

Me: It’s in 2000, when I was a freshman.

Frank: Why you used it at that time?

Me: Because at that time we all used it, and it was popular to use computer. And we have a computer course.

Frank: Do you think computer is important?

Me: Yes, I guess so, no, it’s definitely important and significant.

Frank: Why?

Me: It’s very important to our work, study and common life.

Frank: What do you do by computer?

Me: I use computer to search internet for information, watch movies and of course play games sometimes.

Frank: Do you think there is any bad thing on computer?

Me: Yes, I think there is.

Frank: What?

Me: The worst thing is virus. I hate virus.

Frank: Why?

Me: When I am working on computer, if there is virus, it will destroy or ruin my material. I really hate virus.

Frank: Another question, do you often wear a watch?

Me: Pardon.

Frank: Do you usually wear a watch? (pointing to his wrist)

Me: Oh, I see. I usually wear.

Frank: Then do you think Chinese are punctual?

Me: Yes, I think so. But maybe Chinese are not as punctual as some western people. They do better.

Frank: Are you punctual.

Me: Yes. I am.

Frank: Why?

Me: Because I think if I am late, it’s not polite to others and it’s wasting other’s time. It’s not a good manner.

Frank: Then if others keep you waiting, what will feel.

Me: I will be a little angry, I think.

Frank: Why?

Me: Because I think they are wasting my time. And maybe my next step will be late.

Frank: As a teacher, do you like students to ask questions in class?

Me: Yes, I like. I encourage students to ask question.

Frank: Why?

Me: Because when they ask questions, that means they want to learn something new. That is a good thing. And if they don’t ask, I will get no feedback from them and I will know nothing they want.

Frank: Then if some students disagree with you in class, will you be angry?

Me: No, of course not. In fact I encourage students to ask questions and debate with me. Disagreeing with me means they are thinking by themselves and they want to learn something new.

Frank: Ok, now we will turn to part 2. I will give you a booklet and a paper. After 1 minute of preparation, you will have 2minutes to talk about that topic. Are you clear?

Me: Yes.

Frank: Ok, now let’s begin. Are you ready?

Me: Yes, I am ready. OK, my topic is a subject others often ask me for information. Here I will talk about computer. You know I am a small expert in a sense. Just as I talked just now, I began to learn computer in 2000, as a freshman. We had those kinds of courses. And now I have studied for more than 10 years. In the last 10 years, I almost use computer every day. I read magazines Computer and IT every week. I search the internet and learn all kinds information. And next is why others ask you question? Just as I said before, I am an expert. I specialize in computer. So they often ask me this and that. Then next part is my feeling. When I am asked, I feel very pride, no, proud. I feel I am useful to others. Helping others gives me a good impression. Helping others is important and significant not only for others but also for me. Ok. That’s all.

Frank: Ok. Then do you think if young children should use computer? The advantage or disadvantage is more important.

Me: I guess the advantage is more important, although there are some advantages. What we should do is to guide them how to use it properly.

Frank: OK. Then let’s move to part 3. It’s related to the topic to part 2. Do you think Television takes us more knowledge?

Me: Would you please rephrase the question?

Frank: Do you think Television takes us more knowledge?

Me: You mean internet or …

Frank: I mean TV program. Does TV program take us more knowledge?

Me: … Oh, I see. It’s TV program. Yes. TV program really takes us a lot of knowledge. But I guess it is less than before.

Frank: Why?

Me: Because you know, nowadays people tend to learn more from computer. Computer is more convenient and can provide more information. So I do believe TV programs take us less than before.

Frank: Then why do you think people like to watch quiz program?

Me: …You said what…

Frank: Quiz. Quiz program.

Me: … Oh. Quiz. I see. Quiz programs are popular because people have the chance to test if they really know the answers, if they are as clever as the audience … alive.

Frank: Then do you find if you are better than the audience alive?

Me: No. In fact, I often find myself is not so clever. They did better than me.

Frank: Do you think general knowledge is important to people?

Me: …

Frank: …

Me: …You mean …

Frank: General knowledge. Do you think it is important?

Me: Yes. Very important.

Frank: Why?

Me: General knowledge is so important and significant for us. For example, a good habit of living, what to eat is healthy, and so on. Do you think they are general knowledge? We can not live without that kind of knowledge.

Frank: The last question. What do you usually use computer to do?

Me: I usually use computer to study and work. If I need some information and I cannot find in other ways, then I will search the internet and browse it to find the important knowledge I need. And another point, there are so many video teaching materials on line. I really love them. They are very useful and teach me a lot.

Frank: Ok. That’s the end of the oral test. Thanks.

Me: Thanks. May you have a good day.

哎，松了一口气，出了一身汗。

感觉回答的还比较流畅，但是根本顾不上考虑选用哪个更好的单词、哪个更好的句型，只顾着说了。

感觉如果扣分，一个是因为我听力不好，问了好几次pardon，很惭愧，很受挫；再一个就是Part2 说的时间不到2分钟，没等他问我我就自己停了，不过估计1分半应该有。

另外，面对没有微笑并且还有明显纹身的考官，心情不是太愉悦。

还有，我看了好几个版本的预测，什么刘、王、凉、哥、鹏、忧，都没太用的上，我朋友也一起考了也一样，他考的part2是在家里跟老人干什么，问的很多问题也都跟与老人相处、教育孩子有关系。

最后，希望不用重考口语，并希望2号的考试考出好成绩，4个6就非常happy了。I PRAY. I WISH.
