“外语+”应用型复合人才培养战略下酒店管理专业建设的探索与实践

        【摘要】本文以浙江越秀外国语学院酒店管理专业为例，对应用型本科院校的“外语+”应用型复合人才培养模式进行了分析研究。总结了酒店管理专业在实施“外语+”战略的有效措施和经验，并对新时代下应用“外语+”战略的机遇和挑战进行了分析。

        【Abstract】Taking Zhejiang Yuexiu university of Foreign Languages as an example， this paper analyzes the “Foreign Languages Plus” models for talent cultivation applied in application-oriented universities. This paper also summarizes the effective measures and experience of implementing the strategy of “Foreign Languages Plus” in the school of hotel management and its subordinates， and it analyzes the opportunities and challenges of applying the strategy of “Foreign Languages Plus” in the new era.
